The location is fantastic, lawson right opposite and lots of food around too. Room's were clean and comfy, breakfast buffet was simple but delicious. Toilet facilities were up to date and clean too. Most of the staff were friendly, overall a great place to stay.

Breakfast buffet had limited options and were the same everyday. Hope they would maybe make some changes daily or every 2 days or smth but if you're good with eating the same thing daily then, all is well here. Would stay here again in future if am visiting.

The hotel is well kept and very clean. Breakfast was convenient and there was a laundry machine available to guests. Twin room was comfortable and pretty spacious even with suitcases opened (we only traveled with carry- and backpacks). Location is in Susukino, which was convenient to find places to eat later at night (10-11pm). Good value for money!

It is a bit far from the subway station, closer to the street car stop. It's not bad but if you don't like walking it may be inconvenient.

We had 3 nights at this hotel. So far the room is clean and neat.

1. It would be great if there are more breakfast option or changing breakfast menu each day. Stayed for 3 nights having the same breakfast for everyday. 2. per the description mentioned, it has parking facilities but the parking lot is not owned by the hotel. Parking full day will cost 1700 yen (maximum).

The location was perfect- we found that it was close enough to everything in Sapporo that walking was our most convenient form of travel, and it was just far away enough that we were not disturbed by any urban sounds at the nighttime.

I do wish that breakfast ended a little later than it did, but that is also understandably the fault of my own so it isn't the biggest issue.

Appreciate staff moving us to another room which had no smell, newer carpet and so much better. Breakfast was good and good location.

Room had a bad odour, not fresh, old/dirty. Had to keep window open. Staff moved us on 2nd day.

Very good value for money, room was spacious with all basic amenities (hairdryer, fridge, clothes freshener, shower toilet etc), breakfast was decent and staff were friendly and helpful

if I have to nitpick, the bathroom ventilation needs a little work (slight smell after usage), but I will still stay here again!

For the price, the location was great and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Free coffee./tea machine was a bonus.

Breakfast spread was a little below average with the same items every day. Staff could be friendlier and maybe smile more.

The location is great. Service is great. All staffs are friendly and helpful.

The only thing that I think is not worth it, is the breakfast. It has limitted choices. The curry and rice is so plain. It has no meat no potato in that curry.

The bed was amazingly comfortable
