Everything was great, The price of the hotel is amazing for what you get for it. Mind that there is no Onsen.

Great location, very close to the shopping area as well as the entainments. Lot's of restaurants nearby, Convenience Stores are everywhere. Supermarket just on the next street. Subway station and tram station are also in walking distance> Beds are comfortable. Hotel itself is pretty new, pretty clean and room is not super small (for Japan). Unlimited welcome coffee is a bonus. Staff are friendly and will try to solve the problem even there are slightly language barriers.

The shower pressure was great, and the bathroom fan was very silent and efficient. The room was well lit with plenty of lighting options and the mini fridge was just big enough for most leftovers or small meals from the convenience stores. I also liked that they gave us some sleepwear which was useful when going down to level 2 to do the laundry. The breakfast deal was solid for the price with lots of variety.

The beds were sunken in the middle which made some nights harder to sleep.

The lady who did our check-in was delightful. So welcoming and friendly...she is a true asset to this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, although I was a little disappointed that there were no croissants. There was decent coffee available, which was really nice.

The room and bathroom were a little cramped. Many hotels in a similar price range are offering free cocktails in the early evening. It's not a deal-breaker or anything, but we have really enjoyed those at other places. Maybe this hotel ought to consider doing the same.

After having the pleasure of staying in Year 2022, definitely no doubt that i would like to continue to check in once again and i still received outstanding service provider from Ms Kim (same as yr 2022) and Mr Yoshida. The attention to the need of my requested was what distinguished Mr Yoshida showed a sincere desire to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and was always available to help with my requested for transfering the room . Experience was smooth and pleasurable because of his outstanding communication skills and ability to anticipate my needs.. Mr Yoshida and Ms Kim are undoubtedly the gem of the hotel. Their impeccable service extends beyond the call of duty, making guests feel not only valued but truly cared for. In conclusion, if you are seeking a hotel experience where impeccable service is the standard, look no further than.

We booked 4 rooms. They were all next to each other except for one, opposite (as per request). All rooms were clean and comfortable. Basic amenities were provided. Though small but it’s expected in Japan. Located next to Lawson. About 10 mins walk from Susukino Station. Staff were friendly. They use the translator app to communicate with us. Unfortunately we couldn’t try the hotel breakfast last minute as the hotel has a huge tour booking the same time as us. Microwaves were located at certain floors. You may boil hot drinking water in the room or the lobby provides coffee, tea and hot water. Almost to the end of our trip, they provided bath salt which was really a nice touch. Toiletries are displayed at the lobby. Love the linen pyjamas. They replace our towels and trash everyday, which we only caught on the trend on our second day when they were things at our front door. The used towels are to be placed in a brown eco bag and take the trash out, put them at your front door for them to exchange. On the 3rd day, they came to clean the room and replace everything including the pyjamas which I end up having a really loose pants I couldn’t wear. Everything was amazing.

Besides the lobby, they didn’t have a common space for us to chill and hang out together. The dining area was only for morning breakfast buffet. So most times, we had to use the lobby area (if there are no other guests) to discuss our plans or the corridor of our rooms. As the hotel is located in Susukino (red light district), we agree to some reviews about the surroundings but there are pros and cons. Staying near Sapporo station would reduce traveling time but Susukino station is close to many eateries. Near Odori Station is recommended too. The areas are all walkable and connected, just perhaps 20-30 mins.

The room was very spacious and amenities were always replenished promptly. The bathroom was the highlight of my experience.

As the doors for each room are quite close to one another, it is is easy to mistake someone else entering their room as someone trying to get into your room. This isn't as much of an issue for groups but as a solo traveler, I felt quite anxious hearing my door shake.

Located at the edge of Susukino, 15 minutes walk to Tanuki Shopping Street but you can take the local Shiden which is just beside the hotel. Fresh towels are provided everyday and there are free coffee, toiletries in the lobby.

Parking is not included. Only a few parking spaces available and we had to pay for a whole 24 hours parking because they charge by a 12 hours block. Cleaning service is only available every 3 days and u have to take the rubbish out yourself.

The atmosphere of the lobby is very nice, looks warm and clean. The staff are lovely and friendly. The security system is very good - you can't use the elevator to get to your room if you don't have a key card. And what's great is that there's a 24-hour coffee maker in the lobby. Your essentials can be picked up from the lobby as well. The shampoo here is great. It makes your hair soft and smooth even without using conditioner. The brightness in the room is good. The room is clean, there is a separation of shower room and toilet, which is very good, it is convenient for 2 or more people to stay. It's right next to Lawson. If you're hungry late at night, just steps from the hotel and you'll find your food cabinet right there.

The location of this hotel may be a bit far from the train station. But it is not far from the tram station which can take you almost anywhere you want. And the service fee is only 200 yen per person per time.
