Walking distance to Susukino Area where the ice sculptures were showcased. Free coffee at the lobby. Staffs are accommodating and helps with everything we need. Big room for the three of us. They arrange additional bed for one of our friend for additional fee.

receptionists very friendly. Room is very big, We reserved 42 sq.m size, the room was separate living room, bedroom, toilet, rest room and bathrooms. there have a jacuzzi. you guys can enjoy and relax.
everything is great for us, but if you can gave us 2 more keycards, That would be perfect!!!

comfortable, large room in a very convenient location next to a lot of bars and restaurants. the free parking was great. the decor of the room also had some nice retro charm.
it was confusing where to get into the building to check-in at night/after-hours. no signs in English which would have been nice.

Stayed in many hotels in Sapporo before. But its my 1st time staying in Annex. I am in love. Stayed in basic double room and its huge. Almosy 2 times bigger than most hotels i have stayed beforw. Perfect..

Good location and good room size. Not as updated but still comfortable and very clean.
Main issue was that the property only holds luggage for one hour (until 12pm and check-out is at 11am). We did not know prior and this was an issue as our flight was not until evening and many of the larger luggage lockers at the train station were full. We travel frequently and have never had this issue at a hotel!
