I booked small double room for 3 nights. The thing I liked about the room is separated bathroom from toilet and the sink tab in the bedroom. Also, liked the microwave inside the room as well.
It’s the best location in Susukino but still with big luggage and snow all over the streets. It’s a bit inconvenient to commute. Overall, the hotel room is good but I don’t like yellow lights inside the room.

I love how modern and cozy my room was, with a kettle, a microwave, and a fridge. The temperature was easy to control and the light switches on the bed headboard were very useful. My window could be opened and I had a nice view. The room was small but so well designed, that you adjust quickly. The toilet was comfortable and the shower was great! Walking distance from restaurants and shops.
Everything was pleasant to me. Personally, the only disadvantage was that staff did not speak English

The bed and room is cosy and comfy. The cafeteria in level 2 is really spacious and you can do your work, meals, and take calls there when required. Each level has its on laundry room so that's really fantastic.
There is very little space in the room to move around or do things. Space is the room is very tight for 3 of us if we move around. It may also be tight if there are 2 adults. The hotel staff could only speak Japanese and makes communication challenging.

Good location to travel with tram but you can walk around 1 km to susukino station. near supermarket , minimart and restaurants. loundarry on 2nd floor.
This hotel is not suitable for families. Because the bed is small, two people can sleep on the same bed, which is uncomfortable. The corridor in the room is narrow if you have a lot of luggage.

The best thing about this place is the availability and location of the hotel. They provide amenities on the lobby floor. The staff was present 24/7 and are able to store your luggage earlier than your check-in time.
It’s not the most cleanest, but the normal rate is what you get for the price.

Well presented, and nicely lit facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean, bathroom is perfect sized and the building is quiet and away from traffic noise. Room has a kettle, fridge and microwave!
Carpets in the hallway and room are stained and look grubby, even if they’re probably clean. the mattress on my bed was old and felt a bit soft. unusually for a place with a kettle and microwave, there was no tea or coffee - or anything except 2 coffee mugs and 2 glasses.

Hotel is near to Susukino area where you can find many interesting food. Hotel price is very cheap. There is a convenient store near to hotel. A car parking is opposite site. Bathroom and toilet are separated.
My room and pillow smell smoking, even I prefer non-smoking room. The room space is quite small since it's in the city, i guess.

The hotel was good for its price, the check-in machine was convenient, the hotel being close to the Sapporo Shiden also was a really good plus to get to different stations.
