1. Location. It was near 2 stations. There are many restaurants & convenience stores around and they are open even at night. bus stop to and from the airport is also very near. 2. The room is spacious. We had space to open our 2 big luggage.

1. It could be noisy at night. Our room was on the 5th floor but we can hear the happenings in the streets. 2. The AC/Heater was centralized. When we arrived, it was in the middle of the day and it was hot. We asked if they had AC and the staff said that it was centralized and they had heaters on at the time. We had to open the windows.

Location, Susukino station was a block away, same with airport bus stop. Restaurants everyway you turned. Snow Festival sculptures also a block away and the main display at Odori Park was a few blocks away too. Loved the Japanese style breakfast. Concierge also helped me get a reservation when i first booked the room a few months ago. Nothing not to like about this hotel, highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was fantastic and the female staff memeber that helped us figure where to park was extremely helpful and friendly despite us only speaking English. Not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at but we knew what we were getting for the price. We only had one night in Sapporo and wanted to be close to ramen alley. It doesn't get closer than this. The room was cleaner than I expected it to be.

The floor of the tub felt like it was about to give out.

Fantastic location right behind the famous Nikka sign in Susukino. The hotel is small and a little dated, but the genuinely warm and friendly staff more than make up for this. The concierge was kind enough to make a dinner reservation for me and was also able to recommend a store to purchase snow boots from. The standard room was surprisingly comfortable and bigger than the one in the local 5-star hotel. The windows in the room can be opened slightly, which I appreciated a lot as I often feel stuffy in hotel rooms with windows that don't open. Room service was impeccable, with fresh robes and towels as well as other amenities replenished daily.

I was told by the reception staff that breakfast would be 1500yen, but on the day of the breakfast they instead told me it would be 1700yen. While the price is still very reasonable, the buffet options are a little limited.

The breakfast buffet spread was amazing and very tasty, from Western to Japanese, and a wide variety of good quality choices.

Room was very cramp and the twin rooms are actually bigger than double rooms..so if you have kids, will recommend to get the twin room with 2 beds and more space

Breakfast was good and had a decent selection of foods that accomodates different palates. Room was clean and a good size. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Ameneties provided was decent.

Would perfer more washer/dryers were available for use. Also would prefer that the laundry room location was clearly indicated in elevators and on provided hotel books in room.

Good location.

There are a few laundry machines. I saw 2 machines at 3st floors and waited for used long times. And A/C or Heating used centralized not privated.

Staffs friendly. Location very good , easy place. The room is clean. 🛀🏻 bathtub is nice. Convenience store nearby. 7-11/ family mart, easy to buy daily used items.

Excellent location.Nice view from my room.Staff very nice and allow me to check in earlier coz I arrived very early morning. Good buffet breakfast.

Location is perfect. everything is just around the hotel. the cleaning staff are very good at their jobs. specially the ones at the 8th floor. i will book again this hotel if given the chance.
