Easily accessible to and fro airport via buses. Buse stops are just about 200m walk to/from hotel.

Travelling time via bus is probably longer. It took me more than an hour. But access via train is more challenging if u have big luggage as transit between lines and stations may require longer walking distance than u thought. Exit 1 from Subway susukino Station also involves about 800m walking within the station before u need to make a steep climb of staircases to get to the ground floor. But once u get out from Exit 1, the hotel is just a short 200m walk.

Location it's beside Hosui Susukino Subway Sta., friendly accommodating staff, washing machine, microwave oven and vending machines available on some floors, value for money.

Breakfast is the same every day. I stayed for 10 days and I had to give up breakfast in some days to break the monotony. TV isn't smart and digital so there were no international channels like CNN and BBC.

I found this property in a very good location not too busy not too quiet central walking distance to everything I needed. The room was a generous size for Japan. I liked how they had all the amenities downstairs so you could help yourself.

I didn’t like the no room cleaning and they needed to be a replenish of one toilet roll at least every second day. I do really think the downstairs area does need a revamp of chairs to make it comfy for everyone.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was walking distance from the main commercial district of Sapporo and from there, it was very convenient to go anywhere in the city. The room and the bathroom were both quite new and very clean.

The rooms were a bit small but based on what we paid, we can't really complain. The bathroom was small and it was hard to move around inside but the water pressure and temperature were perfect.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a lot of amenities. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, with plenty of space to put your things.

The location is a bit far from the main JR station, but there are options to get there. Also the internet was a bit spotty, sometimes it didn’t work.

The breakfast was great. There was a broad selection of japanese cuisine as well as cross cultural foods. My wife just completed her Canadian Food Safety course and was impressed by the cleanliness and high standards of the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There was very little toilet paper when we checked in so we bought our own.

For the price, you wouldn't expect such quality & location, cleanliness. Some people complain about no housekeeping provided but they were upfront and I'd rather have that to ensure nobody come in and touch my belongings, you can get towels at the entrance. The hotel is located not too far from the main street with underground walkway. Located Susukino which has a great vibe. There are many convenient stores around (w/ 7 eleven is just across the street). Many restaurants around too.

Walking back to Sapporo station is a bit long (20-25 mins walk) but that was expected.

It has the basic facilities that you expect from a chain hotel, good room size for Japan. Located close to restaurants and public transport.

It is personal preference, i find that the bed is slightly hard. There is no bottled water or water station at lobby so maybe you could just drink from tap but it is not labelled (other chain hotel labels it well so you know that you can drink from the tap directly).

location and staff!!! very convenient to go around the location.

they could improve on the entrance/lobby pathway. It was snowing and the snow turned ice already. it was very slippery passing by the path/pavement in front of the hotel. hope they can work out on the slippery path than just putting stones on it.

Great location, located just at the edge of the activity center; staff spoke English well and very helpful; room was clean; breakfast was good, covering east and west food types; room was relatively spacious, might be due to smart interior design. This hotel deserves to be visited again.
