The bed was super comfy with plush quilt and pillows. Clean, white, crisp linen. Bathroom was so clean like it was newly built yesterday. Pyjamas were provided so our sleep was very relaxed. Location was very strategic next to Family Mart, McDonald's and Daiso at the intersection, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, a minute walk to subway, 3 mins walk to Sapporo TV tower and popular pick up spot for Klook tours. There is a lounge/dining area on level 2 where you can eat your purchased meals. Free coffee and tea. The staff at reception were wonderful!

The dining area and lifts are messy sometimes because the guests are selfish. Not the hotel's fault but regular checks/cleaning is needed. The bedroom itself is immaculate. They didn't have a public bath but they did have a deep tub you could soak in nicely.

We loved everything about Bespoke Hotel! Location was fantastic, near all the must-see places in Sapporo. Only a few steps away from konbinis, cafes, soup curry restaurant, donki and ohori park. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was big and very comfortable. Facilities were clean and complete!

I like the overall vibes of the hotel. It is very near shopping. It s easy to find food. On the 2nd floor there's free coffee and tea, microwave and hot water. You can also eat there. Really cool place.

My daughter left a dumpling bag on the window sill and we emailed the hotel about it. Unfortunately they did not resolve the issue. Was expecting to get ot back because Japan s known to be a country of honest people.

Modern, clean, relatively spacious rooms by business hotel standard. Breakfast is beyond expectation. You can taste Hokkaido soup curry, seafood rice (kaisen-don), and lots of other small dishes. Location is prime, right next to the most prosperous downtown area Susukino/Tanuki shopping street.

Parking is limited. If your car doesn't fit, their backup parking spot is 7 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Super great location in downtown, with parking availability also near to subway. Breakfast is so delicious and good, with sashimi and lots of fresh local foods, you don't even need to have lunch!

I will suggest to enhance some basic facility, for example, there's no bottled water or cold water machine (only hot water and coffee). The elevator takes long time to wait but tea/coffee is only in 2F and washing machine only in top floor. Finally, I know it might be difficult but bathroom is too small, and the dryer is easily to drop duo to small space.

The hotel is located in a bustling and central area. An elegantly designed and luxurious hotel that provides value for money. The room was relatively large, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great. The room had a large, fun sofa to sit on, and the bathroom was spacious.

Can't find anything I didn't like.

It was at the city center; everything was right at your doorstep! The staff was very courteous and helpful. Delicious breakfast buffet! Love the pillows and linens 😉

Rooms were small, but that was expected 😅 you could add another one or two laundry machines in the common area.

Amazing. We stayed here for a night before heading up the mountains and it was so good we decided to stay on our way back through. Honestly everything was great. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The location also amazing. Not right in the heart that it’s loud but very close to the main strip to walking

Very nice location, and the room was spacious enough for me and my son. McDonald’s is just right across, and there are a lot of nearby shops, restaurants and convenience stores. We put a ‘come back later’ sign, so they just provided us with necessities (clean towels, tissues, etc) outside our door. That was a nice touch.

They can do better with cleaning. We saw a hair in the shower area when we arrived.

The location is perfect, Nijo Market, Sapporo TV tower, Clock tower, Mega Don Quijote, Ramen Alley is walkable. There is also a shontengai nearby. We also found a restaurant serving the famous Ghenghis Khan. The bus from sapporo train station also stops just outside the hotel.
