Hotel had everything we needed. Great location next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Onsen was nice. The tv even shows you how busy the onsen is. Also shows you if the washing machines and dryers are free. All the toiletries and teas are downstairs so just take them up to your room. Overall a good hotel with everything you need in a great location. Wifi was good.

Onsen was a little busy. We thought there was another lounge downstairs with microwave and vending machines but there was just reception area lobby chairs and then a business lounge we couldn't use. Reception staff asked us to use the check in machines but often these machines don't work for people booking with booking.com. We told them this but they probably didn't understand. Made us try anyway and then when it didn't work had to check us in manually anyway.

- Super conveniently located - Luggage storage service(before check-in, after check-out) - Friendly and professional staffs - Clean and neat facilities including hotel lobby and public toilets - Housekeepers seem to be Japanese.(This matters to me a lot, because my passport and bag were stolen by Chinese housekeeper in Rome before.) - Amenities can be replenished by yourself at the lobby and their quality was pretty good. - Organizing room daily(not cleaning, They just change towels, empty trash bins, and literally organize some stuffs but I was satisfied with it cause a lot of other hotels in Sapporo just provide new towels without organizing service for several days.)

- There was large and immovable furniture in a comparatively small room so we had to set our luggage open right next to the door. - The bed mattress was not that comfort.

Location: The hotel is located right at 狸小路商店街. Super convenient for shopping or eating at 二条市場. Access to the hotel was not a problem under bad weather. Room: The room was well designed. Bright lighting. Good space both in the room and the bathroom. We could have two suitcases opened at the same time. We could see the Sapporo TV Tower from our room. Hot spring (onsen): Both indoor and outdoor onsen were available.

Location: It took more than 20 minutes to walk to JR Sapporo Station. An alternative is to take a bus, as there are bus stations near the hotel, but bus rides to New Chitose Airport / Otaru is longer than train rides, and traffic caused bus delays and even longer travelling time.

Very well located right on Tanukikojo shopping street. Very close to plenty of restaurants, stores and entertainment. The bathroom in the rooms are small, but normal by Japanese hotel standards. To accommodate for that, there is a big bathhouse on the top floor. There’s about 8 showers and two baths on the men’s side and it was never too crowded when I went. You can also check on the tv in the room to see how crowded it is in the baths. To me, using the bath was the highlight of this hotel. It was clean and felt very nice to unwind after a long day.

Hotel room is small but it is clean and comfortable. Room come with pyjamas. Onsen in the hotel, location is convenient just at the tanukikoji street 2

The hotel breakfast is below average as it only have few choice. Not worth the price of 1980 yen. Furthermore kids also paying same price as adult. The hotel customer service also need improvement as we call to request for an extra pillow they tell us 'sorry we have no pillow' but we managed to get the extra pillow from the room keeper who does the job better than the customer service.

Great location. Near everything one could think of … airport bus direct to CTS, 5 mins walk to Cocono Susikino and train stations. Shopping haven area.

The Aircon controls were managed by the hotel staff which was a bit challenging as the weather was still cold and the heater function was on. There were days we wanted cool air but hot air was blowing into the room which made the air very dry. Public spa/bath - lack of signages and other nationalities tourists were abusing the facilities.

Linked to Tanukikoji shopping mall, it was an excellent location where you can just shop and return to your room when you’re tired. Walking distance to Odori park and many other attractions. Will stay here again.

Breakfast was fantastic, but repetitive for long stay. Location is good, very close to the action and a 5min walk to the airport bus dropoff and pick up.

Booked stay for 2 adults and 2 kids but only given free breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid. Had to pay full price for the additional breakfast (no kids pricing). Felt like staff at the reception did the bare minimum at their hospitality jobs.

Amazing location near a street filled with food and shops just outside of the hotel's side entrance. The public bath was an amazing treat after walking around all day and the morning breakfast was pretty good! Rooms were large as well for a good price. Coin Laundry was available as well! 8 minute walk from Odori Park where the main Sapporo Snow Festival was held.

Could use more laundry machines, but manageable.

Excellent location! We took the airport bus and it stopped near the hotel. We would even walk to Sapporo station or easily take a train/tram to everywhere in Sapporo. Onsen is so good after a long day of walking. Especially love their outdoor Onsen. Room is well maintained and clean. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we are to visit Sapporo again!
