Onsen is very nice. The hotel is morden newly polished. Dinner provided quality food

Sound proof is not enough. We had a child stay in the upper floor keep running and jumping until 1am during our stay. Dinner time is strict. You can only choose 5:30 or 8pm. And the staffs are just not too friendly and helpful especially the reception girl. The toilet are smelly when we come to our room. Maybe because they make the room too warm.

The location was excellent - very close to the coast and the view was stunning! The property was clean, well-maintened, equipment was all functioning very well..

I did not like the staff preassumed my nationality, assuming I was a Chinese and therefore assigning a Chinese staff serving us. I was expecting a dedicated bulter serving and taking care of us, however, it didn't.

I like location. I happy they have free private parking. It’s beautiful Onsen and I saw the Pacific Ocean. I like free snake in the afternoon.

The most of staff can’t speak English much. So I can’t mail to hotel directly.

Great location! The view of the ocean from the hotel was amazing and really elevated the sense of relaxation. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the stay, despite the language barrier. The onsen tubs were very relaxing and completed the experience.

Everything about this place is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond all expectations.

Loved everything about this hotel! Room with open-bath, helpful staff, private onsen (with ocean view) and a zen vibe made it a memorable stay

The extra mattress in our room (with two regular western beds) was a Japanese futon. When we asked for an additional futon (double futons for the third person, to get some kind of comfort) we had to pay extra for this.

Room facilities and the scenic view are amazing.The staff there can barely speak English but also showed gracious hospitality and offered many helps.
