Breakfast was amazing.. Staff were all amazing and very friendly

Hair dryer in the rooms were all broken, and the rooms were a little bit dimly lit

Had a lovely time using the hotel onsen and the surrounding area was gorgeous. Room was comfortable. Excellent quick service.

The bedroom air conditioner was a little weak. We opened the window for some cool air but the room still remained a little hot.

Very nice hotel in the picturesque area. There are facilities (indoor pool, ping pong table)to use on a rainy day. Good onsen with sauna and 露天風呂(open air bath). The rooms are clean and spacious. Healthy breakfast.

The ping pong rackets were not in good condition

English staff that went out of their way to help with everything. Even helped with our car trouble on their off day.

I liked that the hotel had views of the mountains

The first room they gave me was incorrect from what i had booked. That Twin room looked and felt miserable with room kind of dark and in need of refurbishment. The correct room with Tatami was much better and more comfortable. It is after all a ski resort hotel, so when it's non-ski season, a lot of facilities and restaurants are closed or partially operating

Situated at the top of Kuruma Mountain, this hotel is in a wonderful location. The room was spacious (relative to other Japanese hotels) and was well maintained. The wifi was in general excellent and the flat screen TV could connect to my PC (unlike many other Japanese hotels). Staff were courteous and friendly (I don't know if they speak English... they all chose to speak in Japanese to me).

The food was average. For both breakfast and evening meal, it was a buffet style and in most cases, "hot" food was lukewarm at best. Japanese food was better than western food.

its very near from kurumayam which is our. main reason why we go there

there were lots if food in viking but the taste of seasoning to most of the food were strong , either spicy or salty . in fairness their croissant in breakfast are so good , id rather say that breakfast is much better than dinner
