Compared to other branches of Takamatsu, the Central Park branch has a larger breakfast area and a much more diverse menu.

There is only one low pillow on the bed, so it would be more comfortable if there was at least one cushion. Additionally, there are two charging outlets on one side of the bed. The staff at the check-in desk often appear expressionless or signal to move aside with hand gestures, which makes the customer service feel unfriendly and uncomfortable. While I don’t expect overly friendly service, I would appreciate it if they could engage in conversation with a more comfortable and cheerful demeanor.

A great thing with Dormy Inn is that there is an inner door between the room and the hallway - prevents noise from noisy neighbours. Also great that shower is without bathroom. They have this silly lamp in the hall which is lit by a motion sensor, but the staff helped to turn it off. (You don't want it to turn on when you go to the loo in the middle of the night.)

Room was a little cramped. Breakfast was not as good as at the other Dormy Inn I stayed at - but it was quite OK.

Clean, near the shopping area where there are lots of restaurant options. The convenience store Family Mart is just opposite of the hotel. The onsen was really nice with an indoor and outdoor section.

Nothing really. If I needed to give one comment, with this price I would assume I don't need to go down to get the razor, cotton pad, toothbrush and kids stuff downstairs.

Good chain hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Room size sufficient for short stay. Everything very clean and well maintained. Nice Onsen with complimentary snacks. Complimentary ramen/tea/coffee in evening. Breakfast very good including chef prepared food. 10 min walk to Ritsurin gardens. 5 min walk to shopping mall/train.

A bit pricey compared to other equivalent hotels

The large variety of free drinks provided n the evening. The yoghurt drink and ice cream outside the hot spring are refreshing.

A small distance from the train station. Staff does not speak too much English. Both not a big issue though. A little expensive for this room size.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dormy Inn. The onsen was very relaxing, the breakfast was plentiful, and the room size was comfortable. I also loved the complimentary ramen at night.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like — overall I was quite satisfied with everything.

A typical Dormy Inn. For British people, a bit like a Premier Inn feel to it. Very efficient at what it does and offers nice little extras that make you feel pampered. This hotel had a nice section highlighting various shops and sites around Takamatsu with a stamp collecting booklet and cards that was a nice way to introduce tourists to the city. Nice onsen with a Finnish sauna. Good sized traditional room.

The pillows are not comfortable. Like sleeping on a sand bag, so not great if you like a soft pillow like me. Maybe they could offer alternatives?

Slightly small room but decent for 1-2 nights. Parking was provided onsite (for a fee) and the location of the hotel was good, with lots of food options within walking distance. Ramen provided as a night snack, and the onsen of the hotel was nice with a outdoor area for ladies.

The hotel chain is very consistent and we have stayed at several other Dormy Inns over the past few years. This hotel is clean, located in a nice area across from a park and near a shopping street, has a great onsen on the top floor, and the breakfast as always is great.

-pillows are a bit on the flat side - can sometimes hear people next door (but this is only if they are speaking loudly. Regular conversation can’t be heard) -if you have big suitcase there isn’t enough space to open up your suitcase.
