Good breakfast and excellent dinners with very attentive staff serving. Chefs in both the Japanese and French restuarants handled requests on food restrictions with great attention and sensitivities. Nice traditional indoor and outdoor onsens. Rooms were traditionally designed and comfortable with heated floors

Would have been nice if beautiful surroundings were accessible on the property grounds.

Breakfast and Dinner were both fantastic with a good variety and tasty. Room was large and well equipped Onsen was large and great temperature Location was very pretty with lots of open air and mountain viiews

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the room, only a ceiling fan and skylight, so it was a little stuffy at times.

spacious and comfortable room, choice of restaurants, wonderful views, spectacular stars at night, amazing and well presented Japanese food. Buffet breakfast was fabulous. Peaceful and majestic location. Coffee beans, grinder and other coffee making equipment was available in our room!

There was no where to sit indoors or outdoors in a public space to enjoy the views and not all rooms had terraces.
