This was my second stay at the hotel, in both cases it was chosen due to a good price, and the proximity to the train station, as it's just on the corner from it. There are also lots of convenience stores nearby. The room is comfy, and in the case of this stay also had a lovely view of the station. The window can be opened for ventilation, and yet the noise isolation is good enough that when the window is closed it's silent. Wi-fi worked well in the room. There's a great work chair by the desk Breakfast was good, it's a pre-assembled set of western or Japanese style, with a few buffet options on the side. Can't comment on washers-dryers and the hot bath as haven't used neither during the stay.

Perhaps one nitpick is the fact that the bathtub is a bit small to be actually used as a bathtub, and there was a mysterious door in the middle of the room (perhaps can be unlocked to join with another room).

🏨 Stayed at the hotel for a short while. The staff was good, and it was possible to leave luggage for a short while. 📍 It's located extremely conveniently, just outside JR Tsuruga station. There are convenience stores and places to eat nearby, and overall all of places of interest are reachable by foot from the hotel. 🚪 The room was neat, with enough space for an open large suitcase. I'd especially like to comment on a great work chair by the desk. In my case there also was a microwave just by the door in the corridor. 🧺 There are two washer-dryer sets, with detergent automatically added, 300¥ per washing cycle, and 100¥ per 30 minute drying cycle. ♨️ There's a public bath at the premise, and in the evening the common area used for breakfast in the morning features free ramen, but both I have not tried. 🍱 Breakfast was good, with Western and Japanese options and a few buffet options, and it's possible to begin breakfast as late as 9-30.

🛀🏽 One minor complaint is perhaps that the bathtub in the bathroom is very small. 🛜 While wi-fi worked well in general, in the evening there was a noticeable slowdown.

Great location near the Tsuruga Train Station and very helpful staff. The complimentary ramen at night is restaurant quality.

There are a lot of great shops and places nearby but they open late (around 11am and close early 6-7pm). So if you are planning on arriving and checking in to the hotel after 5pm your dining and shopping options in the immediate area will be very limited. The hotel does serve complimentary ramen after 9pm though.

The receptionist and even the girl in house keeping speak very good English. I can ask as many question as I need to. The hotel is conveniently located close to the JR station. Shops and eateries are close by as well. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. I had everything I needed and I slept extremely well there.

- Excellent location, very close to JR Tsuruga station (West Exit) - The room is spacious. - Comfy bed and pillow. I really like pillow that this hotel use - Public bath is very nice, clean and very new. - Free noodle at night (21:30-22:40). I would say very delicious!

A small business hotel next to TSURUGA Station. Overall good quality and reasonable price. There’s a small public onsen and the hotel has complimentary ramen for night snack.
