Our hotel was beyond excellent because by far, this hotel has been the best in terms of cleanliness PLUS availability of Free Parking. Our check in time was past their check in hours but the staff was so warm and accomodating. Everything was kiss clean, and all 3 of us (me, my husband and 3 year old toddler) could comfortably fit in the King sized bed. The sheets were clean, and the free breakfast was good and filling. It was so convenient because they bring you your breakfast at the time you'd ask them too. The drink bar was a delight too. All in all, our stay was the best. We will definitely book again in case we'd be around Tokyo. Thank you so much to the staff. (The staff makes effort to understand your needs, although said in English, they did try to deliver customer satisfaction)

The staff were incredibly helpful to all of our requests. The front desk attendant even gave us a nonsmoking room upgrade for free despite booking the smoking room because it was cheaper. I was surprised to see a gamer friendly advertisement outside the hotel, but sure enough, the big TV in the room had both a chromecast and an HDMI extension cable connected to the TV and ready to use with your own devices. The staff gave us a point card, which was immediately worth signing up for because our food was discounted about 20%, making the prices very much on par with most cheap cafes or family restaurants. We didn't get to use the bathroom much besides showering, but we're looking forward to using the bath next time. My girlfriend also really enjoyed using the skin and facial care product samples included in the room. Although we didn't need it, it was nice to see that the hotel has ample parking. We're very much looking forward to visiting again.

The beds were a bit firmer than we like, but the comforter was really soft. The doorbell for the room was incredibly loud and shocking when room service came to deliver our food.

It was a huge room especially for the price paid. So many free amenities, I was in shock how many there were! The room service was great. Free breakfast in the morning was so tasty; the best BLT I have ever had. The jacuzzi bath was just amazing, and the changeable light settings were really cool. There’s also a selection of shampoo, conditioner and other things downstairs and also a selection of free drinks.

The check in time of the hotel is pretty late but in retrospect the rooms may need that long as the hotel can be booked for rests and short stays. Also, it would have been a little easier if the welcome package/rules of the hotel were in English as Google translate is not always the best for literal translation.

Absolutely everything was above and beyond our expectations. We had the Japanese style breakfast each morning and it was delicious. There was a full menu to order from at any time, and everything was so affordable. The staff were so friendly and happy to help despite our lack of spoken Japanese. The spa bath was incredible and much needed after hours of walking each day. We couldn't recommend this place more.

The room is very spacious and the bed is super comfortable! There were a lot of amenities including spa treatments available for free in the room and they also gave us water. The staff is super friendly and the lady who welcomed us was very adorable and speaks some English, always willing to help! 🥰 We’ve also got free breakfast, and we ended up ordering the BLT sandwich because it was sooo yummy!

It’s in a quieter neighbourhood with an easy train line into central Tokyo, if you don’t mind the commute this is a nice place to stay away from the craziness. The rooms are a great size, the bath is lovely, the free breakfast is great and the staff were very accommodating even though they weren’t the strongest English speakers

Nothing! This was our first accomodation for our trip to Japan, booked last minute and it was a great way to ease into our trip and learn the public transportation system

All very good and the amenities in the room. The room was also very confortable. It looks like a motel but much better than many hotels.

Is difficult to communicate in english, but the staff tries very hard to please you and with google translater the language barrier is overcomed. In all Japan there’s not many people who speak english.

The room is nice, full of free amenities, bed is comfortable and the shower+bathtub is the best i had during my stay in Japan. I didn't know it was a love hotel when i booked it, but it was so much better than many other places and for an excellent price.

You can not get there on a safe way without a car. We had to walk a long distance on a highway, and that felt very weird. Also google maps doesn't have this hotel on their database, so it's not so easy to find.

The staff is kind helpful and respectful,The bed is fine i like the jacuzzi and a lot of complimentary from the hotel i just don't like the smell of the room because its a smoking room that is why i did buy a spray perfume for rooms.even it is a love hotel you cannot tell the difference from ordinary hotel because it is beautiful and decent.
