We loved the location as we needed to stay in between Tokyo and Narita. It was clean and the room soundproofing was good. The rooms are huge ! Lots of space we would never get for that price in Tokyo.

The breakfast is very limited and the bed was a bit too soft for my back.

The room was very spacious. We liked the fact that the bathroom, toilet and wash basin were separated. The bathroom by itself doubled up like a private bath as the hotel provided sea salt with various types scent, eg peppermint, lavender etc. The room also had power sockets for the 3-pin plugs beside those 2-pins plugs used in Japan. There were many amenities near the hotel, such as Mall, restaurants and convenience stores.

The staff was very friendly, couldn't speak English but understood our semi good japanese well! The room was a pleasant surprise, it was so nice especially the bathroom. The amenities were great and free in the lobby as well as food/snacks(?). Didn't try them. Super close to a few malls for last minute shopping.

Elevator was a bit tiny but understandable for a business hotel.

It was great. The bed was big and comfy and the bathroom,the sink and the shower were all separate from each other I like that. Very close to the event I had planned. Had enclosed parking and safe. 10/10

This is our second stay. The staffs are always friendly and helpful! Spacious rooms equipped with a microwave :) Close to a train station, easy to get around. If laundry facilities available it’s perfect!

I liked everything and especially the fact that the receptionist remembered me from last year

One day the coffee was stale at breakfast but that was soon remedied

The breakfast was ok .I loved the coffee but understood that the hotel mainly has Japanese visitors so I was happy with the bread and jam on offer

I am claustrophobic so l hate having no staircase alternative from the lift. However I have stayed in quite a few Japanese hotels and know this is the norm.

Hotel excellent. Clean, extremely comfortable. Coffee, cold drinks, and endless goodies to make the stay extra special in reception. Parking a bonus too

I liked everything! Staffs gently and kind. The room with 2 beds is exceptional. Wonderful bathtub. Comfortable, spacious, clean and functional. And the location is perfect too.
