Located next to the train station (and yet still very peaceful), exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The rooms are small (think a UK Premier Inn Hub room) but perfect for two even with big cases (they go under the bed). We were next to the lift and we didn't hear it once! Staff can manage some English, the restaurant next door does a great katsu. Wifi was amazing, room was cleaned every few days and that was enough, but plenty of fresh towels on request. If you don't like firm beds you might suffer (we loved it) and the AC could be put on timer, great for bedtime. For the price, it's a great little business hotel and we will stay in these again.

The staffs are very polite and answers every questions that we have. Also the amenities & stuff, everything that we need are just there in the room. It offers nice room at a reasonable price & the location is just great since the station & resto/convenience is at walking distance.

We arrived at the location using a personal car but the APA hotel has only 3 parking lot. If there is no available parking, we have to transfer our car to different place’s parking area. thats what I didn't like about it.

The location was superb with easy access to metro lines. We used this as a base to visit Tokyo Disney, and it was absolutely perfect. Staff were kind and courteous, late checkout was offered for a small fee per hour, which was much appreciated. We will be back!

The bed was slightly hard, but really nitpicking here.

Near JR station within walkable distance. 3 stations from Disney. Has everything you might need. Very convenience. Close to car rental shop. Functional in every corners.

Room is quite small (but acceptabel because it is Tokyo) If you plan to go to disney on weekdays, you might have to get on a very crowded train because you will have to use inbound train in the morning and outbound train in the evening.

Locations was good, just 3 mins walk from Nishi-Funabashi station. And the breakfast was good here.

I do not like the way that the room keeper pur the relaceplacements everyday by hanging the bag on the handle of the door. It was not very eco-friendly as i may not need it everyday.

Hotel was all we needed for a two night stay to base ourselves for a quick day trip to Tokyo Disney Sea. Room was small but comfortable. Luggage can fit under the bed. Shower space small but functional. Eateries around the area, few ok Italian places too.

Great location, across the road from the train station and 7/11 and. Facilities were clean and tidy. Bed/pillows were a little hard and the room is quite small but the room size is pretty standard for Japan and it has a great private bathroom.

Great room, everything was very clean and neatly packed. The bathroom was an added bonus to it all. I had a nice view from the window and the bed was very comfortable

It was a wonderful stay and everyone was friendly and the hotel was very clean. The location was much farther from things that I planned, but I adapted. A great value too.

I wish my hotel was closer to many of the sights that I had wished to visit.

Location was ideal. One minute walk to train station. Convenience stores located close by. Quiet and clean. Everything well maintained.

Room could have been a bit bigger.
