This Hotel is a perfect place to stay while in Tokyo. The staff are just the best. We had a few issues and they always were helpful and quickly resolved the issues. We were doing a budget family trip for two weeks traveling around Japan and this was our last Hotel stay because of the access to the local train directly to NRT. Google Keisei-Nishifuna Station It's a bit of a walk (5ish min) from the point the shuttle drops you off at, but the area is super neat and I loved the landscaping you can see from the road along the way. The shuttle service is great, You are pick up a little ways down from the Nishi-Funabashi stations south exit. if your standing directly across the street from the 7-11, face right and walk to the NEXT crossing walk area (about 30 or 40 meters down) Don't rely on the shuttle, Go for many walks around the area, there was a surf shop very close by that we found the last night as well as a great super market an easy walk away. The free breakfast is great.

I found the bed a bit too hard, but both kids loved them... I guess its a personal choice :-) The pillows were a bit like a bean bag but I loved those even when I thought I would not... Absolutely nothing was a deal breaker!! It's a prefect place to consider staying at if your looking at it.

I love the free shuttle service and how close the hotel is to the train station. The breakfast is also very good. The staff was nice both times I stayed, despite language barrier. Room was clean and cozy, and the hotel itself is clean. I like the free toiletries they give out as well. Price is very good for this quality of hotel and services. Would recommend for people going to Tokyo Disney and want an affordable hotel that’s not too far from the park. About a 15-20 min train ride to Disney and shuttle bus takes you to/picks you up from nishi Funabashi station! Overall I liked this hotel a lot, and would stay here again.

This is my second time staying at the hotel so I knew how to use the shower, but the first time I had difficulty as a foreigner since there were many different knobs I had to turn. Maybe give foreigners instructions for how to use shower because many might not know. Would not recommend calling front desk if you don’t know Japanese, because some employees do not speak English and will not know how to help you since they can’t understand, so they’ll hang up sometimes. It’s best to message hotel or go to front desk and use translation app. They’ll help you best in person and are nice.

Breakfast was excellent. Usually Toyoko Inn provides simple but free breakfast. But this one is different. They have a variety of items and all of them are very good quality. The lobby is also very specious. The rooms are bigger than usual business hotel rooms. Clean. Everything was fine.

The hotel is a little far from the station. But they provides free shuttle bus. You need to know from which exit you have to come out (Minami exit) and where to stand for the bus. There is no restaurants or shops nearby. But you can find a convenient store (Lawson) within 7 mins walking distance. So cannot say that this a negative side, unless you really need to stay close to the station.

I really love how the staffs are so friendly. I really liked how the check in and checking out process is smooth where you can do it yourself or check in w/ the hotel front desk staffs. The building can use a little bit of update w/ the bed other appliances but I couldnt complain. Our stay was pleasant and I love their is a shuttle bus that guests can use to go to the train station. Also super love the free breakfast!!!

The hotel itself is good, the breakfasts are delicious, and the staff is helpful. However, keep in mind the location — it’s quite far from the nearest metro station, about a 20-minute walk. On the plus side, there’s a free shuttle from the hotel to the station, which is very convenient.

Like everything. Good room, clean. Service from staff, very attentive, helpful. The hotel has a shuttle service to the train station, very convenient. Breakfast is varied, most importantly, delicious. Stayed for three days and two nights, breakfast was not repeated, very impressed.

This is a great stay for your travel, the breakfast was so good i gained weight😜 the staffs are ok nothing so great about it sometimes i felt the were not welcoming, but the shuttle bus driver with white hair he is such a great person made my stay wonderful. Overall great place

I really liked the breakfast. The set up with the clock apparatus was very convenient. This was the same at every hotel.

I couldn't find the parking lot right away. This is the only hotel where we paid for parking. As with all hotels in Japan, the TV shows are horrible.

The shuttle service they provide from the hotel to NishiFunabashi station is impressive and mandatory. Staff was excellent and few were fluent in English.

Since the hotel was in demand, we were not allowed to extend our stay at the hotel.

location is ok, but there is a shuttle bus, just make sure you dont miss it! staff is helpful too

place is like a 20+ minute walk to the train station and its not a fun walk at all
