It's older Building since 1972 and has that 70's throw back natural affluence. Some things of interior paint that have exterior weathering industrial technology can be considered. My previous experience with Japanese companies use of polymer cross link additives for pigmentation dispersion in exterior stucco cement finish can be reviewed with industrial hygiene fir use and application, see, Japan Cement Association and Japan Chemical Society.

The property has a few foreigners. Mostly locals which can get a different experience compared to other hotel.

My stay at his capsule hotel style spa was much better than I expected. The facilities are a bit dated but offered an excellent stay nonetheless.

Simple check in, did half board (breakfast and dinner) food excellent and definitely worth including

There was a bit of a language barrier, but the staff were kind and remained steadfast in their attempts to communicate with me. It was also very convenient to travel in and out whenever desired.

I didn’t not get room I need refund

The onsen was very nice and the cabin bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The only problem was that a motor near my cabin was noisy all night.Glad I brought earplugs.

Sauna was nice, location was pretty good, value was good.

Maybe a little rude on the check in, I was holding my shoes in the lobby before check in, expecting to go into the capsule room/lobby area, but I kept being told to put them in the cubby not knowing there was no shoes allowed at all outside of the check in area, and there was no explanation, in japanese or english. Capsule was about what you'd expect, but no blame on that. There is a lobby/lounge area, but all chairs were taken, but again, no fault on the owner
