The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to walk there without needing public transport. While the hotel itself is old-fashioned, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there’s a convenience store in the building, which is handy. For the price we paid, there’s really nothing to complain about—it’s exactly what you’d expect for the cost.

The only downside was the street noise. Even on the 6th floor, we could hear a lot of noise from the street, including people talking loudly. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend using earplugs.

The hotel staff were very helpful throughout our whole trip. They even helped move my bags when my husband was working during what was supposed to be our check out time. I'm pregnant and also have a toddler.

The rooms got overheated throughout the night and sometimes the air conditioning felt like it wasn't working.

The rooms were larger than average for Japan. Big bathroom and nice lounge/desk area. Hotel had an excellent laundry with washing machine and dryer. Was value for money and well appointed for the practical traveller. Gyoza restaurant also located around the corner.

I could see no need to improve!

The location was close to the Train station and rental car agency. All of the staff were friendly and had no problem with check in or checking out.

The only thing I would improve is the TV selection for English speakers and may be a selection of paid movies.

Easy to find from Utsunomiya station, very close to the station (walking 5 minutes). I could see the station from my room.

Just a small thing, i prefer bottled water than tap water.

The Location is Excellent. I t is 2 min. from the train station and very close to restaurants and stores.

The management gave me help me greatly. My girlfriend order a room for me and they did not charge me for the room. I respect the kindness for allowing me to cancel with no problem. Thank you.

Location, easy access , friendly and supportive staff.

Facilities are starting to show the sign of time. It would benefit from update and modernization.
