Great location, just 5 minute walk to the station. Very close to several convenience stores & supermarket. Nice Irish pub on first floor (not hotel-owned). A minor problem with the television was solved very swiftly & helpfully by staff.

The room keys are outdated (in my opinion). They cannot be taken out of the property thus requiring reception desk storage. If the desk staff are busy checking guests in or out, we have to wait unreasonably for keys. Electronic card keys would be far more convenient.

It was really clean. They provide a lot of snacks, shampoo and other sanitary things. They also have like a working area at the entrances.

5 min walk from JR station. Easy check in. All amenities at the lobby. Rooms are small, as expected in Japan, but very efficient - excellent design to include work space, fridge, kettle, TV, etc.

Pub downstairs is noisy at night. Expensive for basic hotel.

The personal were very helpful in suggesting where I could buy a additional battery charger for my phone!
