The access and the communication was very smooth, the camp is nice and the ambiance was cool. The sunset drive is a must to do, drivers are nice and the desert is something to see. The sunset on the rock is just perfect even if you are surrounded by 100 pax. Thank you to the team

Breakfast is very minimal and the room was very warm at our arrival this could be taken in consideration before arrival to cool down a bit the buble.

Beautiful location, the camp was very clean, luxurious and private, well looked after camp. A great choice of food, comfortable clean pods and discreet staff, always available to help. Manager was lovely, very friendly, respectful and helpful. We booked our jeep safari which was fantastic, had a very accommodating driver who let us take our time to enjoy the sights and took great photos of us! Definitely recommend this camp!

Not a single complaint!

Unforgettable stay. Not like some camps, here we can reach the camp gate by car. We had a booking for King suite tent, but we got a Martian tent. Thanks Mr. Hassan for the free upgrade. The 4x4 tour through the pink desert surrounded by the mountains and the camel ride are fantastic. Breakfast & Dinner have many options and have a live kitchen during breakfast. Excellent stay.

The camp site was very accessible. We were able to drive directly to the camp site which was an added bonus. We didnt have to drive to the visitor center for someone to come and pick us up. Parking at the camp gave us immense flexibility with travel plans. We booked the dinner at 10JOD per person. I feel if. you have an appetite then it is well worth paying the additional 10JOD. However, I was disappointed that it did not include drinks (soda). There was free water or tea but if you wanted soda you had to pay for it. I found it bizzare. We also booked a 4 hour jeep tour. I was told the cost was higher because they provided newer cars. The tour was excellent but to be honest the car was old and beat up. All in all, I would rate still rating the camp a 9/10 due to its location and services.

The dinner could have been better. Most of the items were fillers with very little attention to entrees. There was no hot water in the shower.

This is such a beautiful desert camp, that makes dreams come true. We enjoyed every second of it and just couldn't get enough of the views, also from the most comfortable beds, I've slept in a while! The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. We forgot our passport in one of the bubble rooms and they very absolutely supportive and super fast in reacting to help us get back the travel documents, we needed for the flight back home. The food they serve is fresh and everything is so authentic. Would come back anytime and we recommeneded this place to our friends! The desert camp is so easy to reach, it is just a few meters from the road, so you can easily find it, even when it's dark outside already. Thanks so much Hasan Zawaideh Camp Team!

Amazing!! 😊 There are many scammer camps in Wadi Rum. I chose the most reliable one with the most reviews and I didn't make a mistake. I wanted to stay in bubble, I believe for the huge bubble room, with super nice and warm AC, huge bed and HOT WATER this was amazing! A guy Bader picked me up from the station z I also met the owner Hassan, them and other workers, my guide Mahmoud as well very very professional. Trust me, it is important to feel comfortable and safe when you are a solo girl traveler in the middle of the desert. The view was 🤩 breakfast as well. Tour prices decentz I had a nice time.

Hasan was extremely welcoming and generous. All staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The desert tour we were offered was very wonderful. We had the experience of a true Bedouin dinner, of madfoun, lamb meat and chicken buried underground, cooked through coal. It was dug up in front of us and we've probably never had meat so delicious before. The evening entertainment was great - tea and Arabian coffee flowing freely from an outdoors fireplace and a really great singer on the Arabian oud, under the cliffs of Wadi Rum. Incredible stay. Recommended for anyone seeking an authentic experience.

I travelled there with my parents (+60 y.o.) and my girlfriend and it was an experience that we will never forget. We stayed in one of the martian tents and wow it is like on a movie, The place is just amazing, close to the edge of the red desert, you have amazing sunrises, amazing sunsets. The personnel is incredibly kind and helpful. We did the sunset camel tour and our guide was so amazing that we even had some shisha with him after dinner. the next day we did the tour in the dessert by jeep and again our tour guide (everything provided and organized with the hotel) was exceptional, we went to the places where Hollywood movies were filmed, we saw amazing landscapes and we had lunch in the middle of a mountain ridge between dromadaries (camells but with only one hump, the camels are only on the north of Asia). For dinner they have a great buffet and there is a show for a dish that is cooked locally, all during a campfire with live music, It was just a dream. I would recommend the place to anyone regardless if they are travelling with friends, family or in couple, as they will all have a great time.

Sincerelly, it was so good I cannot think of something I disliked. It is not far from the main road so just make sure you follow the roads, since it is not fun to go through the sand, you can get stuck.

Absolutely loved this camp! Firstly it wasn’t hard to find, was easy to get to off the motorway. Customer service was amazing, they really made us feel comfortable and was an easy process getting checked in. Anything we needed they accommodated. The room was so much better than I expected, clean and so spacious considering it’s a tent. Loved it so much, will definitely be back. The only thing I would say is I would with the dinner to be included in the price because we paid 10 each but wasn’t the biggest fan of the food as there isn’t a lot of options so felt like it was a bit of waste of money
