Literally everything! It’s an amazing camp, they took care of every single detail. The room, like everything else, was super clean and well furnished. Nothing was missing. The dining tend is exceptionally beautiful. The tables, the chairs, the colors, everything fits perfectly. They also have a beduin tend in wich you can have tea or coffee. All very nice and comfortable. Also the position is unbelievable, it’s in the middle of the desert, far from the village and distant from other camps. A real gem! You can have amazing walks around the camp. Another positive aspect, the heating system/AC, water, WiFi, all working 100%. I must say, we are impressed by how professional, helpful and friendly everyone is. Salem organized everything, the pickup, the tour, the check-out. Nothing went wrong and he was always available in case we needed something. At the camp you will find Alex and Said, both are super funny and friendly. Alex made us feeling at home, always helping and taking care of everything. He really knows how to treat guests. He is very professional and he is good company. The experience at the camp with him gets a lift! Said instead is a great chef, he prepared the best dinner and breakfast we had in our vacation! The portions are huge and the quality of the food is very high. If you want to try real homemade traditional Jordan food, you have to come at the Villas. It’s delicious. Last but not least, you will also meet Fahad, maybe for a Jeep tour. He is really really funny and he knows everything about the desert. He drove us around, showed us a lot of beautiful places and shared with us interesting facts about the desert and the beduin culture. He also let us snowboarding on the sand !! And he invited us in many beduin tends were we had tea with locals. A very pleasant and interesting experience. It was really nice to meet him and the others from the camp. We will definitely come back one day!

nothing, everything was perfect

This is the most exquisite, well managed, boutique resort set in the protected area of Wadi Rum, and in a landscape that defies superlatives. Marwan and his team welcome guests with genuine Bedouin hospitality from the beginning to the end of ones stay. The rooms are well furnished and influenced by Bedouin aesthetics. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and all the bedding and bath towels of great quality. As for the views across the desert from one’s room. Amazing! Dining is exceptional and more than plentiful and owes much to Bedouin traditional cuisine with a recognizable international touch (very modestly thank heavens). The resort took care of all my transfers coming in from Wadi Musa and then on to Aqaba and everything was perfect. Plus they arranged my seven hour Jeep desert safari which was just a game changer. My advice is stay for two nights minimum like me, I wish I had made it three as Wadi Rum isn’t a travel seen and done check box, it is an experience that needs to be savored, and this is by far the best resort to do that.

Beautiful property, exquisite design and quality. High end Bedouin design, food , facilities and delightful staff. The guest “tents” had flush toilets, running water and air conditioning. After a delicious dinner we enjoyed the authentic Bedouin tent for guests to relax with after dinner tea. Best star gazing and serene quiet at night. They arranged for an excellent 4 hour jeep tour with English speaking guide. Stunning scenery. This is the best time to visit Jordan and Wadi Rum. Less tourists now than usual. Welcoming and genuinely friendly people everywhere. Abou Fares even baked a surprise 50th wedding anniversary cake for us! Wow!

Everything was outstanding!

The stay at "The Villas" was really breathtaking. After we arrived, we were invited by Salem, the owner, to his home, had tea and discussed the schedule. Everyone was very accommodating and we were made very welcome. We were then taken directly to the camp and were greeted by the incredibly dedicated team. The camp is very clean, high quality and particularly beautiful. The entire organization is super punctual, reliable and all in the team speak English. The service is always courteous and cordial but never intrusive. Alex was extremely thoughtful and made our stay really special with his service. Said, the chef prepared an incredibly delicious traditional dinner for us, which was stewed in a pit in the sand, really very tasty! We could end the evening with a campfire, starry sky, nice conversations with Mohamed, a member of the family, and traditional livemusic. One of the highlights was of course our jeep tour through the desert. We booked the 4 hour tour, which is really absolutely recommended. Farhat, our guide and driver did a great job, showed us all the highlights and at the end we drank tea together and watched the sunset. It was probably one of our most memorable experiences that will stay with us forever and more than justify the price.

Everything! A super experience in the desert. From being greeted by our immaculately dressed hosts on arrival with ice cold hibiscus tea and perfumed towels to the excellently appointed room. The traditional Bedouin meal was delicious as was our breakfast which was perfectly curated around our sunrise balloon ride also organised by the resort. We also took a jeep tour which was brilliant, we learnt so much from our wonderful guide. This is a truly special place and The Villas have managed to harness the beauty of their natural environment and showcase it perfectly

Great lodge in Wadi Rum. The lodge is very new. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with outstanding views in the Wadi Rum Valley. The staff was very helpful. Everything was great but the food really stood out. I stayed two nights. The first night dinner was a beduoin dinner with roast chicken, lamb, and rice served in the classic style. The meal comes with an array of side dishes to feed every palate. However the highlight was the second night. Chef Sayeed grilled a beautiful whole fish for me. It was probaly the tastiest fish I have ever eaten and so unexpected in the desert. Thanks guys!!!

Our stay was amazing. The staff were very helpful. The food was delicious. The room was super clean. Mohamed (the owner) was extremely accommodative and we enjoyed our conversation with him.

We had such an incredible time at the Villas. The location is truly magical. The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating and the rooms themselves were lovely and clean, with everything you need - including AC and wifi. We did a full day jeep tour and a sunset camel ride - both were amazing experiences and such a great way to explore the beautiful desert and learn about its history. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Fabulous! We were the only couple staying for the night we were at The Villas but staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. From snacks on the terrace, to the beautifully cooked dinner, the cabin was very clean and comfortable and in a stunning location for sunset. And team willing to try to accommodate food intolerances. Top marks and warmest thanks. Highly recommended!

The Villas is a new property owned and managed by an experienced team. The staff were really excellent - friendly, attentive, informative, and helpful. The rooms are great - spacious, with hot water, hot/cold AC, and super comfortable beds. The food was also super. It is a magical location and have already recommended it to friends.
