Great location (easy can drive right up), the hosts were incredible (they will do anything to make sure your stay is amazing!), the food and experience was fantastic. We stayed in a Martian Dome and it was incredibly unique.

Main downsides are that there is only wifi available in the common areas (not available in the rooms) and there are some hidden costs with extras for beverages that are quite overpriced

To be honest, this hotel looks better in the pictures. The smell in the room was not good, and bathroom facilities were outdated a little. We still had the most amazing time! Staff is great, people are very welcoming and nice! The food was awesome! Air baloon ride - unforgetable! Stargazing and Jeep Tours - very memorable!

You need to work on the smell in the rooms Our Martian dome wasn't clean - the armchairs were dirty, someone spilled cofee on them. The floor and the bathroom could be cleaner.

My friend and I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in Wadi Rum. We arrived by bus, and even before reaching the village, a hotel representative met us and gave us a ride—such a thoughtful welcome! At the hotel, the staff greeted us warmly and upgraded our room to a more comfortable one. They offered us tea, coffee, and juice on arrival, which was a lovely gesture. They also helped us book a 4-hour jeep tour in the desert and arranged a taxi for us to Aqaba—all very quickly and efficiently. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. They even let us check in a bit earlier than the official time, without any issues. The restaurant deserves special mention: everything we tried was delicious. The chef was extremely friendly and even treated us to drinks, even though beverages weren’t included with dinner. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive every single staff member was. They would stop to chat and make sure we were enjoying our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Wadi Rum!

Can't expect more in a desert area. Suncity camp is unique and well located in Wadi Rum, I had 2 magical nights stay here. The staffs, the quality of the Maritian tent, the view, the food and everything is perfect to make my stay an unforgettable one. Special thanks to Haytham and the team who always attentive to all guests and meet their needs. When I returned to my camp after dinner and one staff just so kind and led me all the way in the dark back to the camp. The house keeping was always spotlessly clean with a very good scent in the room. I had a very delicious traditional sand baked meat for dinner and all other foods are plentiful and beautifully served. I enjoyed the 4 hour jeep tour and watched an amazing sunset on the last day. Definitely an excellent choice in Wadi Rum.

Not a dislike at all, just a small notes that wi-fi is only available at the reception and the restaurant. The lighting is perfect enough at night for use, but may be a bit dark if need to work a bit.

The room (Martian) had all the comfort of a hotel room. The host who received us was great, making sure we were feeling well and giving us our space. The experience of being in the middle of the desert in a comfortable condition. The view and the good vibe of the staff.

It's not that we didn't like, since we recommend the experience, but these are improvements: 1- use less plastic. The beverage of the dinner was served in plastic cups, which could totally be avoided. 2- We don't remember being informed that the beverage during the dinner is not included in the dinner cost. Maybe they did and we just didn't get it. 3- The restaurant manager could be a bit too pushy asking you to give online reviews. 4- The mattress is a bit too soft for me, but this was not an issue for my wife :-)

Everything was perfect. The rooms were so warm, lovely beds and hot water showers, robes and toiletries. Food at dinner and breakfast was super delicious. We caught a shooting star whilst lying in bed in the Martian tent with the curtains open at night whilst gazing at the stars... would not have seen that in a normal tent. All the staff were so kind and helpful.

There is no WiFi in the rooms but that's no bad thing to disconnect for a while. There is strong WiFi in the communal areas which we already knew about prior to booking.

The camp is very well run. We stayed in the Martian domes, which were fantastic - cosy, clean with amazing views out. The restaurant serves delicious food. Haitim & Mahmoud are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They really made sure our stay was comfortable and arranged for my 90 year old dad to be collected from the room and taken to the restaurant - nothing was too much trouble. My mum & I went on a Jeep tour which was good fun and very interesting. Thank you to all the Sun City Team.

The view of the stars and sunrise from our Martian Dome was awe-inspiring. Very clean room, particularly considering that it's surrounded by sand. Bed and shower were both very comfortable. Exceptionally friendly staff. Outrageous amount of tasty food for both breakfast and dinner.

We messaged questions to the camp several times before we arrive but never received a reply. It's a little difficult to find, with virtually no signage until you're right at the entrance. Wifi is available only in the common area, not in the rooms.

The camp was spacious with all the facilities needed. We were greeted upon arrival and had all our needs catered for including helping us arrange a jeep tour, lunch and a camel walk. We stayed in the Martian tent which was spacious, comfortable and quiet for a really good sleep. Dinner was delicious and the staff helped reserve a table for us amongst the busy tour groups which was a nice touch. The staff overall were brilliant and helpful throughout the stay.

Nothing, we loved all of it!

Our accommodations were spacious and impeccably clean. It was amazing that we were cool and comfortable inside the tent with the air con unit despite 45 degree temperatures outside during a heat wave. The staff were all welcoming and kind, especially to our young children making them feel extra special and comfortable. And of course, the setting in Wadi Rum is unbelievably beautiful and special place to be!

We should have stayed longer!
