Amazing attraction park and aqua park. It was very good cleaning both the territory and the rooms. Very polite personnel. The place itself was very tidy and pleasant. We loved a lot the swimming pool with sea water. We were very impressed with all trees, plants and grass. All inclusive option was very convenient. We are planning to return here again.

Check-in was very messy - there were a lot of people. We had to wait a lot. I booked 2 separate rooms for my family and my mom. We were offered to live in suite instead, which didn't fit us. When we refused from this option, we were provided 2 separate rooms, but there were people living in the room of my mom. This issue was fixed and the personnel helped to relocate our bags to the new rooms. Also we didn't like sea bottom at the territory of Rixos - it was very muddy and there were a lot of rocks, which made it difficult to walk there.

Everything was on very high level. The offer All in is very rich. Everything is new and in very good standard. The staff was very helpful and kind. The TetysBlue Park is amazing! pool area and aquapark is very clean. We didnt notice anything that was wrong. We strongly recommend this hotel.

I loved the view, the facility and food. It was nice to be there and see that such kind of hotel can be in Aktau

The registration part took more than half an hour - almost an hour. There were too many paperwork to fill in and people were waiting in a queue

The selection of food is not a as at Turkey for example , but it is not 👨‍🍳 guilty 😀

The all-inclusive rate is the only rate at this hotel and the breakfast buffet was okay, nothing fancy.

The crowds made it difficult to get to the food sometimes!

it is three hours flight from Almaty and almost all same as in Rixos Egypt or Turkey, staff is very considerate and always want to help. We celebrate birthday at Lezett restaurant, best decision. Special thanks to Asemayi guest relation and Diana for best serving in restaurant!

We did not like breakfast at Tourquas restaurant. Also closer to evening there is bad from the Caspian Sea.

STAFF NEEDS TO LEARN ENGLISH URGENTLY AND HOTEL CHAIN IS TURKISH BUT BREAKFAST WAS DISAPPOINTING.
