+ This is a clean, well equipped and maintained hotel at the international standard, good for business trips; + nice breakfasts
- location of the swimming pool at the centre of the restaurant/bar is very unfortunate. It is more like a decorative feature than a sport facility; - music at the restaurant was to laud and complete mishap; - opening hours of the gym could be longer;

The staff was nice and Friendly....were on point for any issues we had. Victor and Sally were awesome at the front desk. During breakfast Vincent was an amazing waiter...helped with the little things that most people would deem small. Very much appreciated his demeanor.
The purse check at the mall/hotel entrance. Felt abit invasive.

Customers going to the bar with house shoes in Such a high class hotel is distasteful and lowers the level of the hotel.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Location was very good especially near a mall, bed was comfortable, rooms were a good size and breakfast and spa and gym facilities were good.
Generally, things good be cleaner such as carpeted areas in the front lounge and hallways should be steamed cleaned, and bathrooms could be cleaner too. Needed more and better lighting at the poolside where dinner is served as I was eating in the dark and couldn't see my food properly.
