Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, clean room, good coffee.

Slightly overpriced (considering the location and overall service, in my opinion). The biggest issue was the noise in the morning after 8 am, which sounded as if someone was moving heavy furniture on the floor. That really didn't let me sleep. The cleaner opening the door of my room at 8:15 also wasn't pleasant. 8/10 overall, but probably wouldn't come back.

In the executive suite room 501, the sliding glass door to the balcony’s lock was broken and could not be secured thus making the room accessible by way of adjoining balconies. I mentioned it to staff and they said it would be corrected.

I LOVED the staff. Each and everyone was more than pleasant. They all showed concern for my needs, wants and more. They were all very polite and nice starting from the first time and stepped on the property to the time I left and every moment in between. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. When I return I will definitely stay there again. Awesome team.

The wifi was weak sometimes. The only thing that needs to be improved.

Staffed by professionals, with above par amenities. The food was excellent. Breakfast served both indoors and outdoors. Excellent chef and well stocked bar!

It's a little hidden behind a mall. Drive to the location was a little confusing with the exit marred by ongoing construction in the area. Overall, it was a great stay! I would revisit in the future!

Great service, very comfortable hotel with all amenities. Beautiful garden, nice breakfast.

The only minor point is the location. From the airport you need to drive through downtown Kisumu to reach the hotel. However, the hotel is easily reachable and has nice, secluded parking. We felt safe inside the property.

The cleanliness of the room and all working facilities in the room. Except the mini fridge which does not cool drinks as required. The view from the rooms on the upper floors is breath taking.

We shouldn’t be charged a bottle of water. The hotel should atleast provide every room with a free bottle of water.

The speed during check in especially since we arrived tired and dusty,the food was fresh and flavorful,they assisted as with extra travel tissue since my sons had a cold,thorough orientation of hotel and facilities:),the staff were really attentive

It would have been nice to have a remote to control,to operate the air conditioner from the bed,the television was not clear,You can't operate the bed side lamp on it's own all the lights have to be on or not at all

All of the staffs were amazing! They were very responsive. The location of the restaurant was great. Lots of options in the buffet breakfast. They arranged an express breakfast for me on request.

There was a dripping sound from the cistern of the toilet.

The room ambience was great and clean. Staff are very friendly. Mr Peter the GM was very welcoming and other staff Jacque the guest relations mgr, chef Fidel, Vincent and others ensure you are comfortable and responds promptly to your request. You get value for your money

The Ambience and the Atmosphere Beautifully Cut gardens and places to sit and have breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and friendly I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel
