➕️We chose the White Rhino Hotel for its proximity to Nyeri town and the advertised indoor playground, making it seem ideal for a family getaway. ➕️We stayed 2 nights in the Exekutive and Superior Twin rooms—both were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. ➕️The staff was exceptional—polite, attentive, and very helpful throughout. I love the location; right in the middle of everything in Nyeri Town; making evening walks pure bliss since I can easily get back to the hotel. The parking (especially adjacent to the reception/ rooms) is spacious, offering an amazing view of the extensive greenery that surrounds the rest of Nyeri. The extra blanket and the water heating jug (plus complementary tea/coffee) were an absolute lifesaver (given how chilly it could get at night in July). Friendly and helpful staffs, swift check-in and check-out, spacious room with a fantastic view... sleeping here was great. Conference Facilities: I have used White Rhino's conference packages before, and they have executive halls, and their dining experience is awesome.

The Internet and TV navigation. Good thing I always have my connectivity, and as long as the TV is HDMI-compliant, I can connect my gadgets and watch my stuff on the big screen.

It’s a landmark hotel. We specially appreciated the old parts.

WiFi sometimes out of order

Rooms are very spacious clean and modern. the bed was very comfortable and the room had a great view. i also enjoyed breakfast. the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Overall i had a great experience.

there's not much to complain about here. I was told that the hotel could not match the Booking.com price automatically so i had to book through Booking.com. that was a very minor inconvenience and i was able to complete the booking in seconds.

The place is next to the town & rather quiet. Rooms are spacious & clean. Breakfast hours are fantastic especially when you are on holiday & with kids who want to enjoy a good sleep. Very welcoming staff across the board

Clean & spacious rooms. Hot, powerful shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food is good and staff attentive.

The exterior of building looks tired and gives the wrong impression there’s more of the same inside. Restaurant is a bit tired and too dark. Bathrooms in restaurant in need of remodel - beginning with adding a toilet seat in men’s room!

The room was clean and spacious; the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and fast to respond to requests. The food at breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive to our needs and handled my children well.

Excellent staff. Very responsive. Hotel is very convenient to Nyeri town. 5 .inute walk to the town center. Good value for money. Again, excellent staff!

I miss the old garden.

The staff were great ,very friendly and they gave us a reason to visit the hotel again.The breakfast was on another level,lots of variety to choose from and nicely cooked n delicious. The rooms are fresh,neat ,spotless, and well organised.

Only that the bed at my room was squeaky

The ladies, Georgina and Ruth, at the reception were very kind and amazing.. I requested for a room with a view and that's exactly what I got, the room was so spacious and clean, the wifi was very strong, the hot shower 🔥🔥🔥 there were lots of options for breakfast and the lunch/dinner restaurant served some very good, affordable meals Everything was 💯
