A beautifully done property. A great stop off for us as we did Ol Pajeta and then headed off to Samburu. Strategically located off the main road, the accomodation was expansive and the temperature cool. Loads of facilities for kids, a playground and a pool. Breakfast was very generous and they accomodated vegetarian and coeliac needs for the group. Some of the party wanted to cook and they brought in a stove and gas. Our room had a small fridge and tea making facilities which were very welcomed. We had 2 double beds with fantastic linens and comfortable pillows. Locally owned and managed. I rate this property very highly as I think it represents great value for money. Will definitely visit again

Everything was great!

Excellent service and hospitality from the entire staff. The food was fresh and delicious with generous portions. The team was kind to pack for me fresh beets from the kitchen garden.

The room maintenance can be better, shower head was clogged bathroom light was not working Privacy blind in bathroom was broken

Anka Resort had the most friendly staff I’ve come across whilst travelling around Kenya. Most places have very friendly staff but these guys were extra special. We stayed here before climbing mount kenya and when we got back. They allowed us to leave some valuables with them and our car in the car park. They always had smiles on their faces and no request was too big. We ordered food (and a bottle of wine) to our room which was delicious. The rooms themselves were clean and very comfortable and you could park your car outside the front.

Perfect, ready and fresh ... perfect gate away, the ambiance is to die for, definitely going back when we get more time in Nanyuki. Very involving and friendly Host and staff.

Wish we have more time to stay and enjoy the mountain....

Service was excellent, kind staff, the dinner ( anka special, order it when you go there), the rooms are huge, convenience to the road...

Breakfast variety, like juices should be added since some people don't take tea/coffee.
