Excellent facility, great customer service and very clean.

Perfect no negative feedback

Our stay at the hotel was really nice, the food and hospitality was great. Despite how cold Nanyuki gets at night, they really tried to warm up the main restaurant and Ikweta lounge. The room was large and we'll spaced, WiFi worked great, enjoyed a bit of Netflix and chill and the facilities were fine. The food was great, adequate variety for buffet during dinner and breakfast. The hotel's location is actually quite great, it's close to the equator marker sign, within walking distance to the town and also driving distance to Old pejeta conservancy, Mt. Kenya National park and other fun places within the town.

I guess the hotel was on full capacity, it would take a while to get the hot water running in the shower and still it wouldn't get hot fast enough, it felt a waste watching all that water run. I had booked for a room with a mountain view and I got the ones facing the stairs, it was such a bummer but we made do with what we had.

The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the African tea and the attentive service. However, I would suggest adding oats to the menu for more options—especially for guests who prefer a lighter or healthier start to the day.

A few things could be improved to enhance the guest experience: it would be helpful to have an iron box available in the room, and better soundproofing would make the rooms more peaceful—especially at night.

All the staff were very pleasant and courteous. The room had a smart TV with WIFI enabled and access to Netflix. The water in the bathroom was nice and hot. The breakfast was straightforward but consisted of basically everything you might want. The lounge was nice and has a great view and you can watch sports.

There's only one elevator which makes it tricky to go up and down sometimes but I understand it's also difficult to implement another elevator. The power went off one night and the elevator doesn't work with the generator so that could be a concern for people with disabilities. There was a function on one night and it was quite loud and continued fairly late, maybe up to around midnight, I would suggest that the staff intervene by around 10 pm and keep the volume of announcements/ music to a certain level.

The staff were friendly and supportive. They gave us a conference room and prepared a conference package for my team and I on short notice. There was always someone to support. My 12 colleagues (one of whom had her 3 month old baby) all loved their rooms, the meals and service. Oh and the ample secure parking!

The music was a little loud on Sunday when we arrived but the rest of the days were okay.

Breakfast was very, very good, there was not brewed coffee but there was African tea. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was on the road side, so there was a little noise, but overall very quiet. However the atrium architecture made the breakfast preparation pretty noisy (not a problem for us since we were up early). The lounge chairs were very comfortable and the 5th floor bar had amazing views.

The property has modern & new decor which gives it a really good upmarket feel

Customer service - the restaurant staff was not great; staff forgetting what you have ordered. Coming to verify your order 3 times & still not bringing your food & drink. Items added to your bill that you did not consume & even after you are full board, this was awful.

We had a great stay at The Warwick Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the GM was great and helped us a lot. The room was very clean with comfortable bed and hot shower. The location is at the heart of the city perfect for the main shopping street, also for the gate of Ol Pegeta Conservancy.

Very clean well designed hotel. I could tell it’s a new hotel still having cosmetic touches. Likely to be an exceptional property when fully done.

Nothing major but I would advice the waiting staff to remember to bring food at the same time when guests are dining together. I visited with my son and we were having dinner together sharing a table. My dinner arrived about 20 minutes before my son .

The location is convenient. It was close enough to major amenities and also on the road. It was easy to find and spot with accurate directions. The hotel was clean, nice room and value for money overall. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Fixtures need to be improved. Broken bathroom door. It can also be a little noisy as the rooms are not sound proof.
