The Anreise as it is called was an adventure. Detours through Pforzheim because of roadworks on the autobahn exit and an involuntary sightseeing tour through Niefern due to work in the street just front of the Hotel. As we were travelling with a luggage packed car we opted for the underground parking garage. Receipt at the hotel was very friendly. Room very well and quiet. Beds, what would be expected in a BW. Well equipped neat and tidy bathroom. Dinner that evening was super. Recommendable. Next morning's breakfast buffet was great and helped us get underway.

The room was very spacious and better than the photos on booking.com. The location was convenient. It was just off the motorway. The staff were pleasant and spoke excellent English. A large outdoor space to enjoy a cold beer. We didn’t have dinner or breakfast so can’t comment on the food. Plenty of parking spaces. Perfect overnight stay.

Easy access, close to the motorway, close to town centre. Comfortable room, hotel has sauna which was nice to use to relax after a long drive.

Bar and restaurant closed on Sundays and so are other restaurants in town, would prefer second or third floor room for a better view.

Although there are road works on the autobahn near the Hotel, they advised us of an alternate route to get to them, which was perfect. A great place to stop when traveling. We always enjoy our stay at this hotel, we had an evening meal which was excellent. The staff are always so friendly so helpful at this hotel. It really is a great place to stay.

Cannot fault the hotel at all

Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Rooms were very good and clean. Girl on evening reception was brilliant, phoned us to check we were OK, as we were late on arrival.

Not much, to not like. Although breakfast staff were not the most friendly. Although that's probably being a bit picky, as everything else was spot-on.

I liked everything, especially the woman who sold me the shirt l needed . She was very special. I don't know her name, but if you ask the staff she'll know that the Black American with the Dreadlocks want to know her. All was good

the room is spacious and cleaned. the restaurant is perfect the fitness center is small but good enough for me. enough parking space

breakfast is a little bit too simple. The highway is still under construction. it means that the entrance (to Stuttgart) / exit (from Frankfurt) are closed.

Everything - in particular the staff were very friendly and helpful.

No second pillow in room. We realize we could have asked. It wasn't that important, but would have been a nice touch. Although the breakfast was enjoyable, it was comparable with other hotels, but more expensive.

As expected. Its a Best Western hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, simple.

Location is about 12 mins out of the main town Pforzheim. Unless you are there by car, you are very much limited to the hotel for food options.

Functional hotel which was ideal for our stop in Pforzheim. Clean and very presentable. Good restaurant and bar. Very helpful staff.

There was nothing not to like, but given its location just out of town it may not be suitable for all. For those travelling it’s a great stop over.
