The best thing about this hotel is its prime location, especially for automotive enthusiasts, as it’s just a short walk from the Mercedes-Benz Museum. This proximity meant we didn’t need a car or a taxi; we could easily stroll over and immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of Mercedes-Benz at our convenience. During our stay, we had the pleasure of interacting with the Arab receptionist, who I believe was from Syria. He was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, offering us great recommendations to enhance our experience in Stuttgart. One standout suggestion was the amazing Manar Restaurant, which specializes in Arabic cuisine. I can confidently say that the food at Manar was the best Arabic fare I’ve had in Germany. Each dish was bursting with flavor and authenticity, making it a delightful culinary experience. The generous portion sizes were a pleasant surprise, ensuring that we left feeling satisfied and eager to return for more. Overall, the combination of the hotel’s excellent location and the valuable recommendations from the staff made our stay truly memorable. If you’re looking to explore Stuttgart and enjoy some fantastic Arabic food, this hotel is an excellent choice!

The location and facilities were excellent. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The location is perfect, with easy access to Stuttgart stadium, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day. However, what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. I want to extend a special thanks to Melina at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Her warm welcome, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request made all the difference. Melina’s recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on, and she was always available with a smile to help with any queries.

Would highly recommended this hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive at the front desk as well as at the restaurant / lounge. They have a lovely work out facility with a very nice sauna. If someone will be travelling in the surrounding area by a public transportation please keep it in mind the UBahn is not working on weekends and one has to rely on the bus system. This location otherwise is well located and we felt safe.

The fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. At the moment there is construction going on and can be a little loud if you are trying to sleep in.

I loved that the air conditioning was adjustable so well and that the shower was as well! The breakfast was amazing, not too crowded yet not too empty and the staff always were kind to us. The sound proofing of the walls etc was amazing too. Outside our window were some works being done at the arena and you didn’t hear a single sound at any time. Also our room was very close to the elevators and stair etc yet we didn’t hear anyone passing our door. What also was amazing was the mini fridge. We were there for a concert and on the day it was it was so hot outside so we cooled our drinks in the fridge to get through the waiting time better and it worked amazingly

The entrance to the parking garage was not that obvious and quite hard to find. We had to drive 3 rounds around the entire area to find it

Very helpful staff, very convenient parking and a great breakfast. The rooms were particularly spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a less crowded part of town so parking on the street is easy but it also has a very nice garage underneath

The hallway carpeting could be a bit cleaner, they were stains and some odors and some of the hallways

Location was great, near the stadium. Free parking was not available on the street due to EURO 2024, so we used and payed for the garage, but it was super convenient. Breakfast was great (huge selection of delicious food), we payed 20 EUR per person, however kids had breakfast for free (age 8 and 9). Mercedes Benz museum is few hundred meters away easily reachable by foot.

The location is the perfect fit for two main purposes: visiting the Mercedes Museum (which is impressive) as well as attending a football match at the Stuttgart Stadium. Rooms are spacious, furniture a bit used on some instances, but overall it good worth for the money. Also the Palm pub/ restaurant that they have in their premisses is a great amenity.

At 118, I couldn’t turn off the air conditioner completely, the control was no longer lit, but the system fan started briefly and noisily for a second and then turned off. And so all the time until I pulled the card out of the central power switch in the room. But so our gadgets couldn’t be charged at night, which is not good. But we charged them in the morning, that’s ok :)

We went for the Octoberfest and the hotel was a 5 minute walk to the fairgrounds, which is why we were here. Didn't see much of the city itself, but for our purposes the location was great. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection of both hot and cold food.
