The service at the restaurant was excellent. The food was very good. My room was ready a bit earlier as per my request. I appreciated this a lot as I had time to rest from the long drive before my Rendez-vous. When I came to the room , I had stairs to use and the cleaning staff saw that It was a little bit hard for me to go down . They came up and help me with my things immediately without me asking.

I am sorry I do not travel much anymore so. I find that the breakfast should not have extra charge. ( I had the healty breakfast $10.00 extra )

Nice located hotel, close to Highway 15. Very friendly staff that is happy to help. Great breakfast, good restaurant for lunch or dinner and a nice bar for a drink in the evening. Also some very nice restaurants in the area, walking distance. This hotel is perfectly located if you want to visit Montreal. Just take Highway 15 and drive to Montmorency metro station also next to highway 15. Free parking and a very fast connection to the heart of Montreal. Also nice to visit St. Jerome City Center or an easy drive to the rural mountains.

The beds are pretty small (approx. 1.40m) for two adults. The Restaurant and Bar were closed on Sunday (open for breakfast) which surprised us and made that we couldn't take our planned dinner and drinks in the hotel that day.

Location was perfect for us, close to restaurants and the train to Montreal. Breakfast was amazing, super little restaurant and food well beyond our expectations. Room was airy, comfortable and clean. Nicely modernized. Great job. Loved the china cups in the rooms for coffee, nice touch.

My only complaint, which is very minor, was the tea at breakfast. Please make the tea with actual boiling water, it's the only way to make good tea.

The breakfast was great, we had bacon, fruit, roasted potatoes, eggs, juice and it was all included. The staff was very friendly and helpful with storing our bikes late at night when we arrived and also filling up our water bottles before we started our bike trip in the morning. The bed was confortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.

The staff were all very pleasant. They made accommodations for us to leave our car there for several days while we rode the rail trail. That was much appreciated. Good breakfast also with nice wait staff.

The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. The Hotel staff were really excellent about sorting out a double payment. They did it immediately, without giving me any hassle. For that, I write them highly.

The hallways and carpet need renovation.

Very disappointing to have breakfast start serving later on Saturday. We were booked on shuttle to take us up north and we went without breakfast because we had to leave at 7 when the breakfast service started.

Over all a good experience. Were were cycle touring and the staff was very helpful with our luggage and bicycle storage.

The breakfast was good, but had a catch. The restaurant we had breakfast in had a menu, and only certain things were included in the free breakfast, other's you had to pay for. Not a big deal, but be aware of that setup.

The Location was great. Near Foliot Furniture office and short commute.

No one came in to clean the room or change towels my entire stay.

Comfortable hotel. On the road between different natural attractions. Nice stuff and breakfast a la carte.

The facilities are quite basic and oldish. The swimming pool is small.
