This hotel is in a great location! It is very close to restaurants and activities. It has a short walk, and it’s very convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, as well! We had a problem with our A/C, and the maintenance guy fixed it within an hour. The pool was amazing and had a kid-friendly area! The breakfast was good quality, and I liked the time frame that you could eat every morning. It is a good range of time, whether you want to wake up early or sleep in. We enjoyed our stay very much, and will definitely be back!

Love the breakfast open hours 6:30-10:00 and the hospitality! Also a HUGE FAN of the 11:00am check out instead of being rushed to get up and out and also late check out option was awesome! My kids really enjoyed the hotel amenities! Very clean and affordable hotel! We will definitely be back!

The lady at the desk seemed new and after we checked in she said it was too late to get any towels but it was only like 8pm.. the lady that worked the next morning apologized and said that wasn't correct and informed us we could have towels anytime up to the pool closing time! Also didn't like the NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY.. maybe make a smoke area outside around pool / lounge area or something.. or a designated area anywhere outside! Hot water was an issue however it was still snow on the ground so we looked over that! Overall was very pleased!

The staff were so friendly. Maria was one of the staff members who heard me talking to my son who had a Just gotten a jellyfish sting and we were getting on the elevator. She asked could she put some meat tenderizer on to help with the sting. It was instant relief for my little boy. She went out of her way to do that for us. Meant a lot. She made us feel very valued to be a guest there.

Weather. But hey- you can control that. The stay was great. The rooms were so clean and smelled fresh.

Great location! We enjoyed the smaller hotel. The beds were comfortable and the staff was great. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The pool i has a little restaurant. It's gets a little crowded. I recommend going down early and getting saving some chairs. The beach is right there and they offer chairs to rent. The chairs are not comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own. But it's has something to do with the turtles that's why they changed the lounge chairs. So that's understandable. Only concern is we didn't see any lifeguards on the beach but did see them at night. I guess they are somewhere. At night you can go down to the beach and look for crabs. It was a great time. We didn't want to leave.

BREAKFAST was hands down the BEST part about our stay here! Pool has a pool side bar/to go food - I found it expensive. Loaded pulled chicken tots and pizza were pretty good though!

We checked in around 8:30 on the first night and the front desk did not have any pillows or sheets to give us for the sofa bed that my two children slept on. This was extremely annoying. 2-3 days in we had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper 3-4 times before I went to the front desk to grab it myself.

I booked a double bed room gulf side, and when I arrived was given a room with one bed. By that time, there were no more oceanside rooms available. We had to make do with a room that faced the side parking lot. The front desk staff did pro-rate the cost, but I’m still disappointed we didn’t get the room originally booked through this site.

I liked the free breakfast, the closeness to the beach, the pool and the hot tub (spa).

The balcony was on floor level facing the pool so I had no beach view and people posted up right in front of my balcony with their lounge chairs. The balcony was also dirty and could have used some sweeping. Our shower was out of body wash and took a whole day to receive some. The water has to be turned on for about 10 minutes to warm up to a comfortable temperature. People were very loud down the halls and at the pool at night and you could hear everything while trying to get rest.

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was nice with several options. The location was on the beach and convenient. The balcony was a nice surprise. The pool was a big hit with my children. We loved the shallow end for our 2 year old. He could do his own thing safely. We would book again.

The restroom could have been a little cleaner. The counter top and floor were great. The tub and toliet needed a little more attention. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything.

Perfect location, didn’t have to drive very far for any particular restaurant, close to several souvenir shops.

Only thing I did not like was the lady at the desk when I came in. I called 2 hours in advance to announce I was coming early and she assured me a room would be ready. Upon arrival she had a snarky and disrespectful attitude and demanded I wait until normal checkin time.
