1st class welcoming! Great staff! They were all kind. The renovated room was quite big enough for us to take our own spaces. The furniture were clean and modern. The bed was ultra comfortable. Definitely consider Sheraton if you are planning to visit Hawaii. The location was everything btw. It does really impact your holiday in a very good way. Thank you guys!

They charge you twice. They draw the first payment for your whole stay and then they put an authorization hold of the same amount of money till your check out. They did not mention this while we were checking in they told us the only payment will be the total cost of your stay. I think you should inform your customers advance so that they can arrange their finances.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was great. Location was right in the heart of Waikiki

The infinity pool area and main pool area are extremely crowded. Did not seem to have great control over guests and others as the 4 chairs in front of us had 1 guest from the hotel and the other 3 were friends from the area that came to the pool for the day. They took 3 chairs for paying guests and guests were walking with their towels trying to find a chair to use....Also, the pool water was cold! like really cold

We stayed in an Ocean front room on the top floor [31]. Amazing sunsets and view of surfers/ boats in the morning. Picture perfect. On arrival there was a mix up with our booking as it was not appearing on the Sheraton system. Issue was on the Booking.com end. Logan at reception was exceptionally helpful and a calming presence whilst I sorted out the issue over the phone with Booking. Great service! The best pool and facilities on Waikiki Beach. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back.

There is no room service available however lots of options for food within an easy walk.

Where do I start!!! We loved everything from our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view was to die for, just amazing to wake up to it everyday, to sit out in the balcony to have lunch and look out to the ocean or just sit and take in the beauty. Housekeeping always did a great job cleaning our room. We loved how the property is beach front and the limited access from the public made the beach feel very private. Which also made it great during sunset as it didn’t get crowded like the rest of Waikiki. It has two big pools. We spent our time in the infinity pool. We enjoyed the bar and Edge restaurant some afternoons listening to live music. The Honolulu Coffee Co is onsite so made it easy to grab coffee in the morning. There is many other coffee shops, breakfast cafes and restaurants near the property as well. Definitely would stay here in our next visit.

The parking fee of $55 per night. I understand if we weren’t a guest and wanted to park but we are a guest and already paying a hefty price for the room. Had to find a more reasonable parking as after a week we would had paid an extra $385 just for parking.

It was great to stay at Sheraton Hotel. It was right in front of the Waikiki Beach and in the middle of multiple malls. Great location, accommodation and personnel!

It was not possible to include breakfast. However, it was not really necessary as there were so many places nearby where you could have breakfast.

Great hotel in excellent location, would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Activities desk wasn't that helpful

The complex had amazing amenities. You didn't have to leave the property at all since you had restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a large pool and adult pool, along with access to Waikiki Beach. Appreciated that there was parking on site and easy to get to. Our room had a city view, but we actually were able to enjoy a view of the water when on the large balcony. Beds were very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the bidet style toilet.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side. Toilet was also a bit noisy and made noise for a minute or two after you flush, so tried not to use the bathroom in the middle of the night so we didn't wake each other up. Other than that, the property was great!

We spent a lot of time debating which hotel to stay in and we were delighted we picked the Sheraton. The pool was amazing, and a short stroll to the beach directly from the hotel. The pool bar was delicious and served you from your sun lounger. We loved the high ocean view rooms. It meant we saw sunset from our balcony every evening. The hotel lobby has a few shops and cafes to which was very helpful. For example, we got breakfast from Honolulu coffee each morning for the balcony.

Cocktails and food were expensive on site. And you have to pay for prime sunbeds with shade at the adult pool.

Large hotel in central location along Waikiki strip, sea facing rooms are super relaxing, sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. Beds in rooms are extremely comfortable. Gym is ok, but the place could do with a simple Spar as a minimum (Hottub / Steam Room / Sauna). The place was happy to let us use the pool on the day we checked out, however if you fly late in the afternoon there is no where to get a shower at the end of the day before you head to Airport (other than a shared communal outdoor shower near the beach.

I feel the pool could do with an outdoor shower to encourage ppl to have a quick shower before they jump in.

The location is excellent. The infinity pool is also a great area to relax. I like how they have an area for family and kids, while they have a separate area that don’t allow kids. I also like the bedding, is very comfortable and I get a really good night sleep . The bathrooms are also excellent. I like the idea of having a bidet.

Checking in is always difficult here. I have stayed here 3 times, and each time the line is very long. I am not a member of their Hotel, which has a different line, and the members have priority over those that are not in the member line. I felt like it took a long time for me because whenever the member line has a new person, they have priority. I guess it makes sense, but it means for those of us who are not members can wait a fair amount of time.
