The breakfast was good with many options. The cappuccino machine was wonderful! Lots of seating and no pressure to eat quickly and leave. The assigned room was spacious. The fridge didn't work very well. The freezer section was dripping onto the items in the fridge. I forgot to mention it to the front desk when checking out. We have stayed at this hotel before and overall our stay was good. We really like the NO PETS policy. Many hotels do not honor that and that's one reason we keep coming back to this hotel. Thank you.

Pancake machine wasn't working but there were many other options available that it didn't matter much. Staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is in a great location, visible from I-95. There is plenty of parking. We arrived at 3 pm, and the front desk clerk, Morrison, was very helpful and professional. The room was very large and had a sitting area and plenty of options for lighting. The bathroom was large and bright. The breakfast was amazing. There were so many options, and the coffee machine was top-notch. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was stocked.

The main reason you stay at a hotel is to get restful sleep, which didn't happen here. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable, and my family member agreed. I woke up several times in pain and repositioned to only wake up again. I even sat up at one point on the sofa with a pillow to my back it was hurting so bad, and I don't even have back issues.

Very nice hotel right off the highway. It is in a clump with other hotels and withing walking distance to Toucan's Ale House, so easy for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. Big tv and very quiet at night. Excellent breakfast and very nice worked in the breakfast room. Everyone friendly.

I don't know why, but the bed was stuck right next to the air conditioner/heater and the window. The room was large and it should have been on the opposite wall. Because of this, I had cold air blowing on me off and on during the night and it wasn't comfortable. My sleep was disrupted. We have stayed here in the past and didn't find this to be an issue in other rooms. This was the only negative.

Location and room availability were prime concerns this trip. (Flew into Florida to evacuate mother-in-law and made last minute reservation while waiting for my flight). Hotel is right near the freeway exit for easy access. I had mentioned a late check in and the hotel responded to my request on the booking and held the room - Thank-you! Room was large, clean and comfortable. Pretty standard breakfast provided (waffles, breads for toasting, pastries, hot eggs and breakfast meat, cereal, yogurt.). The lady running the breakfast room was super friendly. All the staff were polite and friendly, but she stood out.

Wish they kept coffee in the lobby. We’re early risers (5AM) and breakfast doesn’t start till 6:30 so I had to walk ro a gas station for coffee.

Clean and the lady changed our room when ac went out and got us on same floor as we asked Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows The blueberry muffins was good and you have access to coffee hot cocoa etc 24/7

The breakfast was nasty except the muffins. We bought breakfast to have from store. You can’t go with no shoes in cafeteria area but everywhere else you can The pool wasn’t filthy but needed lots of tlc and some chemicals bad Absolutely do not take the elevator it bad so much loud noise and struggled going up so we took steps which wasn’t to bad after a while going up and down them so many times and we stayed on the 3rd floor

Easy check in with super friendly and helpful desk staff. All questions answered promptly, and when he saw that we were traveling with an elderly person using a walker, he put us in a handicapped accessible room, even though I had not booked it ( wasn't able to on Booking.com). Pool was clean and well kept, stocked with towels. Room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of USB charging ports. Super comfy beds too! A very nice spread at breakfast, with pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice & coffee, fruit, pastries, oatmeal. We've stayed at several hotels in the area, as we travel through, and this was by far, the nicest for this price point. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our dinner at the nearby Tucans restaurant. Free hotel breakfast was convenient and the waffle was good. Attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed a bit firm but comfortable for me.

The free breakfast was convenient but eggs were not very warm and pancake machine was out of order with no sign to that effect. Also, the little butter packets were too hard to even use. The refrigerator in the room was not very cold.

Check-in was easy. Spacious room, TV is small and the remote control didn't work. Have to use the buttons on the side of the TV to turn on/off, volume control and change the channels. The in-room safe is big enough to put a laptop computer. The shower pressure is good and plenty of hot water. No noise issues overnight. Good size exercise room. Has all the equipment I need for my workout. Lots of parking space available on site. The breakfast area is spacious and the item selection is good. Excellent selection of coffee choices. The orange juice is one of the best tasting among many hotels that we have stayed on this trip. Sarah did a great job keeping the breakfast area stocked and cleaned. Definitely will stay again when I am in the area.

TV and broken remote control.

As a travel nurse, working 12 hectic hours is not easy.. I randomly picked this place and spent one night there last week because it was close to the highway. I was beyond suprised at how clean this place was. Exceeded my expectation so I return for 3 nights, and will book it again next week when my assignment ends. It is clean and very comfortable!!!

I had to get up from bed to go to work... lol

I love how spacious the rooms are. Every single staff member was pleasant and accommodating. The business center was comfortable and quiet. The gym has all the basic equipment you need for a good workout. The pool is decent but it was too cold for a swim.

For the most part everything here was great. The rooms were clean with the exception of the bathtub could've been cleaned better and the tables & microwave wiped down. It was not a deterrent though the room was immaculate otherwise. Overall I feel comfortable staying here and rebooked for another stay.
