Christian was at the desk when we checked in and was there again the following day. He was outstanding and went over and above to help us and make sure we were comfortable. Very welcoming, with a great personality. Our rooms were clean and the lotions, body wash and shampoo were nice.

We were disappointed there was neither a microwave or "real" refrigerator in our rooms. That is standard with every other hotel where I have stayed. A pool would have been nice also, in a hotel of this quality (except for what I already mentioned) it would be a plus, but not an absolute necessity. The rooms were smaller than most other hotels, so not quite as comfortable, especially with our luggage and other items spread on the floor. A luggage rack or two would have helped a...not comfortable having to leave luggage on the floor and squat or bend over to retrieve everything from it.

I loved the staff, cleanliness, and comfort.

I didn't like the idea how there no complimentary breakfast offered while all other hotels or motels and even lowe end motels cheaper than this one offer free/complimentary breakfast. After paying such money and with this a top brand every guest deserves a free complimentary breakfast as other hotels offer.

WE DID NOT PARTAKE OF THE BREAKFAST SINCE WE WERE UP AND ABOUT EARLY; HOWEVER, THE STAFF...AT THE DESK BOTH DAYS AND NIGHTS AS WELL AS HOUSEKEEPING WERE EXCEPTIONAL! SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE A WELL OILED TEAM THAT WORKS WELL TOGETHER. THEY WERE ALL WAITING TO START TOGETHER WHEN WE LEFT ONE MORNING AND EVERYONE OF THEM SAID GOOD MORNING TO US, COMPLIMENTED OUR BABY GRANDDAUGHTER AND TOLD US TO HAVE A GREAT DAY.

I was very pleased with everything from the ease of booking the room, the friendly and accommodating staff, to the cleanliness of the room! The bed was quite comfortable and I barely heard any noise even though it was New Year’s Eve. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

There was nothing I was dissatisfied with!

This place is outstanding! From the cleanliness and staff. The study was professional and have us a run down about their in-house bar and other places around the area. The hotel was so... Clean. In our room we had fresh linens. The next morning the housekeeper knocked on our door to deliver more fresh linens. No trash bags in the trash can so bring some. It's only 1 microwave in the building. Your room comes with a coffee maker and nice mini refrigerator. I would stay again.

It was hard to close our room door. We had to slam it each time.

Convenient! Wonderful staff! Clean, comfortable and the smell of the lobby was amazing!! Best hotel I’ve stayed at EVER!!

The night clerk, Christian I believe was a host to say the least, he made me comfortable in seconds after a fire alarm rattled my nerves, I would come back just to see him, let alone the hotel was up to standards of course

I was hoping for complimentary breakfast. However, what I received was very good.

Quiet and good location.

Room was nice. Shower was modern and clean. It would have been better to have breakfast at 6 instead of 7 for some of us who like to get on the road earlier. Maybe something limited like coffee muffins and cereal.
