Brunswick is our preferred place to stop on our drive down to Florida. We’ve tried many hotels at this exit and would definitely come back here. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean, we liked that they were stocked with Dove products. Nice walk in shower.

Breakfast options were kinda lacking since the pancake machine wasn’t working (it was out of mix and there was no one around to ask about filling it), there didn’t seem to be a lot of other options with pancakes being out of commission. (Breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, or oatmeal with toppings would have been nice)

I loved that there was no carpet and the room was comfortable. Perfect set up for opening the suitcase, sitting to read, etc. The breakfast was also good. However, the noise level was bad. Every time a door opened or closed in the hall, it sounded like it was my door opening & closing (large gap under my entrance door). Also, when toilets flushed either above or beside my room, it sounded like it was my bathroom; and from other sounds I heard when I was in my own bathroom it was apparent there was little to no insulating between bathrooms. Awkward!

Room appeared clean. Room was spacious enough for us to spread our luggage. Great lighting in the room and bathroom. Shower water pressure was excellent. We did not have a bathtub, which I liked because I’m not a tub person and I didn’t have to climb over the tub to get to the shower. Power by the bed to charge anything necessary. Great location- close to roads we were traveling- easy off, easy back on in the morning. Breakfast was perfect- some grab and go.

Only reason I did not give the property an excellent In comfort was the bad...a little too soft for my taste!!! But everything else is wonderful!!!! We found a burned out light bulb in the room when we arrived and let tge front desk know on our way out the door to dinner..it was replaces by the time we got back!!! The smell when you walk in the front door is marvelous!!! I don't know what it is but I want a case of it!!!

Only tge bed was too soft for my taste, but this is a subjective thing!!!

Friendly courteous Staff. Great location and great value for the cost.

Breakfast was good, but Cheese scrambled eggs or cheese to put on the scrambled eggs would have been better. Someone should be visible or available to help if needed. Room showing wear. Sink was not even sitting properly under the countertop and not centered in the countertop cutout. Looked very funky. Window dressings need to be replaced.

The room size, large bathroom, shower, very comfortable bed & great cable TV made for an excellent stay! The morning breakfast (eggs, delicious turkey sausage & tasty bacon with my grandmother’s favorite biscuits & gravy) was one of the best breakfast meals I’ve had at a hotel in a long time! I’ll stay again in your hotel when traveling in January!

Everything was excellent

We stayed overnight for an early morning softball tournament, great location to interstate and to the ball field. Clean room, great staff and check in process. We didn't get to try any of the amenities because we had to leave early that morning, will definitely continue to use when we play in this area.

Facility was very accommodating and clean.

Front desk young lady, seemed hurried, short with me. Was trying to give her the same information I gave the other holiday inn because they couldn't find my name at first and she saw it as me rushing her. Staff could be more pleasant, welcoming.

Staff amazing!!! There was an African American young guy who was friendly and just overly nice! He was great! All of them were! The breakfast was awesome as well.

Huge dogs in the hotel!! The room could have been a little cleaner.

The room was very clean.

I called before booking to see about a late checkout. On the phone I was told I could do up to 2pm. I booked the room and when I checked in, I asked to verify and I was told I could not have a late checkout and the latest would be 11 am.
