Clean convenient location

2 things. Please add two more waffle machines. And don’t remove the coffee tea hot water stand right after breakfast time ends. Coffee and tea area serves 24 hours at all other Home2 hotels we stayed along the East coast. Thanks.

The hotel is spotless, staff is super friendly, and the room was large and comfortable.

We were told at check-in that there was a restaurant open till 10 PM. If we were hungry, my husband went down at 9:15 PM, and they were closing due to inactivity. We had just driven five hours and we’re hoping for a hot meal. Also, when we went down in the morning to have a hot breakfast rather than the free one, again, there was no one in the restaurant and no one to serve us. as a result, the hotel staff discounted our price which was very appreciated. Also, the room unfortunately smelled like dig, and I am allergic.

Location was phenomenal. Hotel was aesthetically pleasing. The staff was super friendly.

Breakfast and it kinda early. Very limited breakfast choices. The self-serve waffle the mix was off and did not taste good. The worst thing about the property was the fact that only one elevator worked, and it took forever for the elevator to finally come. From what I understand this has been a problem for years that has not been addressed by the company. So what happens when that elevator breaks, are we supposed to carry our own luggage up the steps by hand?

Hotel is very clean and well kept. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. Pool is a nice size..I like the fact it's indoors, never know how weather will be in September.

Breakfast. Breakfast was subpar.....I was lead to believe by the online info that there would be more options available and there are...if you want to pay for it. On the guest side, food was minimal at best and no one there to monitor it. There was one gentleman making oatmeal with a full beard hanging over the container without a beard guard on! Aren't there health regulations in place?? Nothing was labeled so you really didn't know what you may grab for in the sandwich area..good thing most people know how to make a waffle! So much for the "free Breakfast " Never again

Great location, lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Good selection for breakfast. Hotel and room were clean although or 2nd room smelled poorly just a bit. Best pull out sofa bed out of the three hotels we stayed at. Staff were helpful and friendly.

First room they put us in, we discovered the that the bed was broken, so they quickly moved us to a new room and offered assistance since we had already unpacked. Bathroom was really small, but we took advantage of the sink in the kitchenette.

I love the location of this hotel. The hotel is right off of the interstate, but also tucked back enough to not feel unsafe or noisy. I traveled with family, including two children under 10. We loved the ample space that the room offered. Additionally, we loved having a little kitchenette complete with a dishwasher. What was provided made it very easy for my family to bring home leftovers from restaurants we visited and heat it up in the microwave in the room. We also loved the full fridge and freezer provided. My children absolutely loved the heated in-door pool and I appreciated the entertainment that it provided them. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant and bar. While we did not eat at the restaurant, I did go down one evening to the bar and was able to order a glass of wine to take to my room (in a real wine glass). This made my evening feel a little more close to my home environment. My children loved the space in the room and all of the shelf and drawer space made organizing our things a lot easier. My children also enjoyed the breakfast and the options were great compared to other hotels in the area. My little one chose cereal, fruit and yogurt while my older one chose a waffle with fruit. Both were able to drink white milk offered in the fridge. They also offered a substantial variety of pre-made breakfast sandwiches as well as already made oatmeal and toppings. Of the hotels I have stayed at in Brunswick (and this one would be my fourth), this location has the best breakfast options.

I have a few minor things about the accommodations that I did not like. First, while I appreciate that the hotel cuts down on single-use plastics by providing larger containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the shower wall, I can imagine that it must be quite difficult for the hotel staff to determine when a bottle is empty. For us, our room had absolutely no shampoo in the dispenser. Thankfully, we packed our own. Also, the beds are firm for our liking. So, while I will definitely stay here again when I am traveling with my children, it beds unfortunately make it a no-go for me for solo trips back home as I know of a nearby hotel that offers softer mattresses.

Keep the Wi-Fi free. Add a scanner / multi use printer to the business center I like when the employees were engaging and helpful. It really makes the difference especially when there are other options in the area. The Katelyn at the restaraunt was superb and engaging, and Rochelle the night desk employee was perfect and accommodating.

Coffee could be better quality, everything else was great.

When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready but that was ok we just went an grabbed a bite to eat an came back where we was greeted with awesome service and care. Our room was spacious clean an more than we ever expected. The pillows were amazing. The pool an gym very nice. Parking was very accessible. And the breakfast was grwat both mornings i will be staying here again

I found this place very cozy, and overall very pleasant staying. Thank God we really had a great experience here. What I loved the most is that they had a suite to sleep my crew of 6 (including me). The price was pretty good, the check-in very simple, the staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was great. I definitely recommend this place.

The hotel was clean and the young lady who checked me in was extremely friendly and gave suggestions on activities during my stay. The young lady who worked the restaurant and bar was also very friendly!

The cleaning ladies knocking on the hotel room door at 10am in the morning wanting to know what time I was leaving. That was very unprofessional.
