Proximity to the interstate and fast food outlets. Staff was excellent. We got a call at 8 pm from the front desk asking if we were still coming. We said yes eta 11pm. She then checked us in and gave a nice welcome when we arrived. Morning staff also pleasant.

Unpleasant odor in the room. The heating/cooling unit sucks. Noisy and also seemed to inject cigarette smoke into room when it came on. Weird. I don’t know why hotels don’t install mini split systems in each room instead of those awful crap things under the windows. They’re very quiet and super efficient. Oh yeah pillows were not great. Too stiff and blocky.

Left before breakfast. But during and after our check in Brittany was more than welcoming and couldn't have been more professional!! She answered all of my questions and got my family Xtra blankets and a pillow without hesitation. Excellent experience! She really made us feel comfortable with our stay

Everything was to our liking because it has laundry facilities available and you're able to cook inside the rooms the very roomy and spacious rooms🙂 front desk was very accommodating

I’ve visited the property because I was in town for a funeral with my family and we was accommodated by the GM allowing all of us to be on the same floor. She made our trip so much easier. Truly a blessing.

clean, close to highway and restaurants, in a decent part of the city, good value, spacious, beds were comfortable.

The walls seem pretty thin for a new hotel, we had noisy neighbors and phone did not work in the room so had to leave the room and go to lobby and use the phone in order to call about noisy neighbors at 11pm. Everything got quiet after that so I assume it was taken care of.

Everything! The cleanliness caught my eye first. The location was perfect, and the staff is personable. Room rates are great.. Will be my new place to stay.
