Location and clean

Shower was very hot and strong (thank you!!). Beds were confortable with adequate pillows. Room was large enough, very clean and comfortable. Evidence of frequent updating and modernizing ... within budget. Elevator was bigger than normal, very clean, and functioned as new. Nearby interstate road noise was dim, but did not bother us, and could easily be masked by keeping the air handler fan on low. We enjoyed the 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold choices. Location was very close to other restaurants. Excellent value. We will return.

Towels, pillows, beds, A/C, Cable TV, Microwave, etc. all were great!

Our shower did not have a handle bar to hold on to while standing in the tub. Every hotel room should have one for safety sake! Also, there was not enough hand soap in the dispenser and when brought to the attention of the very nice lady who signed us in, she said that all the help had already gone home and she would look for some alternative hand soap samples. There really should be a manager on duty who can resupply the hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner when the containers get low or run out. Thanks.

I am disabled and requested a first floor and was immediately accomodated. I was assigned the first room near customer service. ( Room 111 ), which was fantastic! It limited my walking, so that was great! The room was large and clean. The bed was extremely comfy!

The only request I would make would be in reference to the breakfast food. The eggs were terrible. The sausage was rubbery. So, I ate a small bowl of cereal . But, I don’t drink milk so I had a few bites of cereal. I also have silica disease so I don’t eat wheat or grains, so I didn’t eat toast or waffles. There was “ fresh fruit”, but it looked old. So, for breakfast I literally had five bites of fruit loops. So, when I left I had to make a stop at McDonalds, which I wish I did have to.

Lost power at midnight on Friday due to storm. We were on the second floor and had to go down the stairs with 5 days worth of stuff. Power was still out when we left at 10 a.m. By the way, there is a broken down car directly across from registration (plastic over drivers window, flat tire on front passenger side and a donut on the back passenger side. It looks tacky for it to continue to stay there. It needs to be towed away. Breakfast was not that good.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good and well supplied.

We often ask for a top floor room. I'm not sure what was going on, but the older kids were running from room slamming doors. The rooms do need an upgrade. The door to the refrigerator had water damage, and the corners of the walls had spider webs. The hallways needed a cleaning, not going to say what was on it !!!!

One of the nicest BW hotels that we have stayed in. They have a lovely restaurant and bars on site will wonderful, delicious meals. The menu is very good and has a bit of everything at very reasonable prices. We were tired when we arrived and it was so nice not to have to go out and look for a place to eat. The lobby was nicely decorated for Easter. We had a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning at the restaurant that was included in the price and was very enjoyable. I would recommend this BW Plus for your stay if in the area. Comfortable beds, large carpeted rooms.

Breakfast options were varied and plentiful. The rooms were quiet, although there was some hallway noise, but that's to be expected anywhere. Room size was generous, everything was clean and well-maintained. Bed was comfortable, too. It is in close proximity and easy access to I-95, restaurants, local attractions, and the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

We liked the location being off the main road. The girl at the desk, Emily, was very pleasant and informative. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good, but no grab bars for safety. We liked having a laundry room close by. It also had a nice breakfast.

We wished that there was an indoor pool. The wash that we did, did not dry in the dryer, so we had to hang it up around the room to finish drying. We did hear dogs barking in the morning down the hall.

They always accommodate my request to be on the first floor due to my disability. The beds are so comfortable and staff is so pleasant.

I do not partake in the free breakfast. The eggs and sausage are rubbery and have no taste. I don’t eat the pancakes, waffles or cereal due to celiac disease. I do not care for yogurt. So, there isn’t much that I can eat. I always go straight to a drive through when I leave in the mornings.
