Location; quick trip to get to our destination/reason for the trip and stay, accessibility to food nearby, right off the main highway and bypass. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as professional.

We have stayed multiple times in the past and this experience was completely different than those times before. Maybe I am not remembering correctly but our previous trips were in more updated rooms that were very clean. This time however we were placed in a room that was makeshift in many ways. There was dirt, grime and hair caked up in every corner of the bathroom. The beds were not queen size. The TV was so fuzzy with static we could barely see the screen.

Super friendly and helpful at check in. I had prior special requests. And the lady at check in was super helpful and very friendly. I apologize I do not remember her name My son's needed a place to sleep for a couple of days and they were very satisfied with their stay. It was really clean also. Thank you

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean with the best air conditioner I could have asked for. Convenient location with plenty of nearby stores and eating options.

I liked the value for the great room comfortable beds friendly staff traveled with our puppies and very reasonably priced for animals over all a great stay

The pool could have had some lounge chairs and shade umbrellas and been a little bit cleaner otherwise the kids enjoyed it

I forgot my expensive hair straightener called the next day they said they haven't seen it went back a week later and went in lobby and ask if housekeeper and someone turned in my straightener they said they haven't

The lady on third shift was great. She was very patient with all customers. The check in process was great.

There was no breakfast of any kind. No bagels no nothing. The pool area is loud and its no lights in some area of the hotel

King size room are so much better. The space is much needed when you are traveling.

They should start putting a blanket in the room just in case its needed. The smell that's in the rooms are very strong when you first get inside.

Days Inns are always a gamble because the quality varies wildly. As I overheard someone at the pool here say, "You never know if you are going to end up in a crack house or not". This one, thankfully, is one of the good ones. Very clean, modern looking, decent pool, basic quick cold breakfast.

The mattresses still had the original plastic on them. I guess this helps to keep them clean and keep bed bugs off of them, but it made a rustling sound whenever you moved.

Great location for visiting a friend in Brunswick. Staff was extremely friendly.

Cups and coffee to go with the little coffee maker. There was good coffee in the office, though and a Starbucks next door.

We did not eat the breakfast. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious.

When we called to confirm we would be checking in around 6:00ish, we were told, the person paying for the 3 rooms would have to be present, our grown sons/family could not check in without us, even though they had our card information.
