Great location and a reasonable price. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious and well equipped. Jekyll is tranquil and developed well for a less commercial experience. That is balanced with recent development that makes it less necessary to leave the island for a one week stay, adding to the experience. Because of its ties to the State of Georgia, walking and bike trails with views of the ocean and dunes are more prevalent here than on nearby islands in Georgia and the Northeast Atlantic Coast of Florida.

I would say that the breakfast offerings could have included bacon and sausage as options. Also, the next renovation of the property should ditch the carpet (though playfully colorful) and install waterproof luxury vinyl in the common areas and rooms.

The beds were a bit hard, and the seating didn't provide any support for the back. I am 6'6 "with back problems, so these things are important to me. Other than that, the facilities were great. I enjoyed the size of the room and especially the height of the ceilings. Usually, hotels feel small when you're my height, but it felt extremely spacious. I couldn't even touch the ceiling. Everything was clean and well kept. It was up to date and not outdated. The staff was friendly. Prices were a bit steeper than I would like, but compared to the surrounding hotels, they were better than all the bigger named ones.

Great place. Fun atmosphere, we used the bike rentals and did a lap around the island. Really loved the pool and covered areas during the day and the fire pit at night.

Our only issue was they were doing maintenance to the pergolas. They were staining them during the day one day and there were fewer places in the shade to sit. They worked as quick as they could, but it was a bit inconvenient. Looked great when they were done however.

The property was a 5 minute walk from the beach and it was really clean. The breakfast was great since it changed every morning.

The parking lot was being repaved and they didn’t provide an alternative parking spot to accommodate for the half of the parking lot that was under construction. By the time it was 8:30 or so, the half of the parking lot they kept open was full and so were the parking on the side were full and we had to park in the shopping center.

Nice location! The accommodations and hospitality were outstanding. The room was so spacious!!!! The breakfast bar had a vast variety of delicious foods to choose from. The only possible issue could have been housekeeping only comes every 2 days. So, if you have a shorty stay, you most likely won’t receive any. I’m anal and tend to take 2 extra towels and a 13 gal trash bag—because KIDS (even with our adult children). So naturally, we didn’t see a problem with the housekeeping. 10/10 would stay again

My family and I enjoyed our visit. Location and views were great. My families first time at this location. I loved walking in the beach and spending time with my family. Pool was great for the youngest. He kept wanting to go back. Staff was great and very helpful.

The boys were looking for the breakfast bowl. They never seemed to have it. Not a lot of choices for meat eaters- we were looking for bacon and sausage. The black tea for breakfast (Earl Grey or English Breakfast) ran out a few days before trip was over but not a big deal.

I've stayed at this chain many times. Staff was wonderful. I rented a bicycles from the front desk, to explore. It was less than $20 for about 4hrs. Free breakfast is always nice and helps with the budget. Free coffee ALL DAY! The room and its amenities were perfect for my solo vacation. I brought some groceries so the full size refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher was a bonus.

No view of the beach. I think I misread the description of the hotel. It's only a few blocks away.

Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious with a full sized fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave over the sink, dishtowels and soap, utensils and a full set of not just plates but also bowls and cooking implements. The desk at checkout had a major computer issue, but they managed to get through it pretty gracefully. We were able to park near the building and that whole area is very convenient if you want to walk to the beach and also to several stores and a couple restaurants. I'd gladly stay there every time we go to Jekyll.

Breakfast wasn't the best however everything else was spot on. The bath had only 2 full sized towels but for a one night stay that was fine.

Great Location, conveniently close to the beach and all amenities. Breakfast was very plentiful. We loved all of the healthy ready-to-go options like the Breakfast sandwiches.

I never understand how when you clearly book a room with 6 guests, a.k.a family, the bathroom always has just 4 towels and you have to go back downstairs to the reception desk to get 2 more. Same for all other amenities like soap, toilet paper, coffee etc.

Everything was super clean, friendly agents. Great experience with Karrie. Very accommodating excellent breakfast. And full size fridge in room with microwave. They do not charge for parking

I think they need mire than 3 electric charging stations for electric cars. I do not have one, but know electric cars are in demand nos and I think they need more
