The vintage quality and details that were restored or enhanced it.

There should have been even more details in the design—curtains, a retro chair, more antiques on property. The cleaning needed to be better. The bed was poorly made, trash not collected. The maid banged the door open with all her might and the lock caught it. The doors especially those upstairs on the sides is scary and felt like there was no camera for protection. The chain had been slammed at once point and door repaired off hinges felt like the room was unsafe. One of the most disappointing aspects is closing the pool too early. This is ridiculous. Night swimming is a thing and it was perfectly lit with pretty lights above. Why do that if you close the pool stupidly at 7-8pm. Some people are on business and after eating would like to get in pool later. Pool should close at 11-12pm.

The Inn is a Perfect location for walking to the pier, park, restaurants and shops. And the pool is open all year so was a really nice place to relax on a lounge chair and go for a swim, in November! The front desk team were great as well. The bed and linens were really comfortable. And it’s really nice to have the coffee maker, fridge and microwave available.

I love that there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom, but it was loud! Because it’s a 1948 vintage building the stairs to room 25 are a bit tricky to navigate. They also have many accessible rooms on the ground floor.

I loved everything! The rooms were big and beautifully renovated. I cannot say enough good things about the pool. My family and I spent a lot of time there (honestly probably even more than at the beach, kids love pools what can I say). It's under spanish oak moss hanging from trees along with cozy lights strung across. Good variety of outdoor furniture around the pool for sitting, lying, or reading. Even a very shallow end for sitting or lying in the water! Pool noodles and towels also provided. Location of motel was perfect as well! Could walk everywhere. Three Little Birds was my favorite brunch by far. Can walk about 1 minute to pick up CJ's pizza which was very good! Parking is plentiful and easy and didn't have to drive anywhere except Jekyll Island one day.

Literally the only thing I didn't love was that all the lamps in the room had cool light bulbs in them. I know that's a weird thing to notice, but the overhead lights had nice warm light bulbs but the lamp light was that harsh, bright blue light so reading wasn't as enjoyable. But certainly a very small thing! Only spent a little bit of time in the room at night anyway.

Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping! It has a cute little pool and overall is quiet and peaceful even though it is so close to everything. Staff was very friendly and we got fresh towels every morning and there are towels by the pool. Walls and ceilings are thick so we never heard anyone above or next to us.

The motel is old so the doors are wood and swell because of the humidity. Learning how to get our door to open was a challenge at first. There is also no vanity or any place to keep items in the bathroom. Finally our room only had one chair so one of us always had to sit on the bed.

John at the desk was very helpful. He even helped me get my TV working as I had problems with it initially. The room and the grounds were nice and clean.

Down side was I couldn't use the pool or the grounds. There was a horrible glue smell that was coming from the pool area where someone was working on the pool. By the next day it was gone, but I was leaving on that day. So the pool or the firepit area was not really available to me.

The hotel was located right in the middle of the main tourist area. We only used our car if we were exploring out of the area.

Parking was tight. First night we parked on the street in front of the hotel. The car got scraped from someone else backing out, and it was very difficult to get out of the parking space. We parked in back of the hotel the rest of the week.

Queens Court Inn is incredibly charming. We loved the pool and would often get our dinners to go and eat at the pool. Our kids had the best time. The location is the very best on SSI.

Your feet WILL get dirty. It’s not the fault of Queens Court, but keep in mind when coming in and out of your rooms.

The location and it's proximity to pier village as well as ease of access to the roads that lead to the coast guard beach. The staff were very friendly and tended to any issues we had. The pool was always very clean and housekeeping always made sure the rooms were very nice and tidy by the time we returned for the day.

The room did have some minor damage such as: a vent was broken hanging off the wall slightly, the sink looks like it's about to fall off the wall, and the door we had didn't fully shut unless it was slammed shut.

The location is amazing! We were able to walk to all restaurants, the pier, and the playground for the kids to play. We all loved the fire pit too!!

The floors were filthy. You couldn’t walk any amount of distances without your feet turning black. Also, when we got there the room smelled to strong of bleach. Yes, I like to know bleach was used to clean the room, but the smell was overbearing. I had to leave the doors open for a while.

Super convenient location, property was well kept, outside grounds were very well maintained and taken care of. Inside of the room was very clean and updated, has obviously been taken care of very well given it’s age. Room was large and had a full size fridge and stove/oven. Stocked kitchen, as well as microwave and coffee maker. Pull out couch was a nice addition for kids to sleep on.

Truly the only complaint I have about the entire stay/property is that the humidity inside the room was almost unbearable at night. Everything felt wet by morning simply due to humidity. They definitely need to install a dehumidifier, but that is truly my only complaint(and that may be something completely out of their control anyways)!
