When we just came to the room for the first time the door was open with a blue tape on the door handle. There was a bit of mold on the shower caulk line.

I liked the price, cheaper than staying on Jekyll Island. Comfy beds, great breakfast. The lady who fixes the breakfast was really nice.

I didn't like the quirky location. The hotel was tucked up in a community that was once residential, but now the houses are businesses.

Location and friendly staff. Breakfast was a perk we didn’t plan on partaking of but ended up enjoying it. Liked that the fan on the ac could be set to run continuously.

The breakfast buffet was picked over and out of several things Sunday morning. The other mornings had been better. The staff cleaning the area spray cleaner over the baked goods. Yum. There was mold growing in the shower grout.

The staff was amazing. Especially the manager Eya. Friendly helpful, great people skills. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need to be updated. Even the halls could use a make over - paint, carpet, etc.

The Breakfast was very good. Hot, Fresh and Tasty. Good Variety of food. The staff on duty the days we were there were very professional and helpful. Courteous and Friendly. Room and bathroom were very clean. Hotel atmosphere was quiet and we felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Every staff member we saw was exceptionally friendly. The bed was so comfortable and the AC worked amazingly! The free breakfast was the best I've ever had. Definitely an amazing hotel and not too pricey!

There really isn't anything that I didn't like. Considering we checked in during a hurricane, everything was perfect!

The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. My husband is disabled and when the elevator stopped working she offered to move us from 2nd floor to first. Maintenance came quickly and unlocked the safe, and the ladies serving breakfast were friendly and constantly cleaning. We would love to stay there again.

No big deal but surprised there was no microwave in the room and a couple of pieces of furniture were a little worn and scuffed. The window treatment was just a blackout curtain. Our ground floor room faced the parking lot so we had to close them. It would be better to have sheers so you can have the sunlight plus a little privacy. Other than that, a great value for a room on the island.
