The location and view were great. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Food was good. Thank you for the late checkout on our last day. That meant everything!

Disappointed the hot tub outside was not working. Pay a lot of money not to be able to use all amenities. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working. It was only fixed when I said something. My coffee machine did not work. It was replaced but that should be checked prior to arrival. The pool was a little merky. They changed out the dining room furniture the last day we were there. Chairs very uncomfortable. Liked the previous furniture better. Sofa chairs, etc. Honestly, alittle pricey for what you get. I have stayed at other Westin/Marriott beach hotels at same price and received much more of a value for your dollar.

We loved the location. The hotel is very close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Complementary beach chairs were awesome and we loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean.

We booked an Ocean View and we very much felt like we had a partial ocean view. There are no complementary meals, coffee, or WiFi. We tried to call the from desk once and only got bots. We couldn’t get in touch with a real person.

Everything was very nice and clean. The actual hotel is beautiful and the location is great!

The service everywhere was a bit slow. Not that the customer service wasn't there because it was. Everyone was amazing, its just not a very fast paced environment coming from the hustle and bustle of florida. All that to say, it was still a great hotel and experience.

Room was nice, lobby was beautiful and the staff made it extra nice. Great location. Harry's was busy and nice and the bartender did a great job for a busy place (football viewing).

I called before booking to check to see if the property had a hot-tub. We wanted one specifically because it was cold and we thought that would be nice. We brought bathing suits. The person on phone said "yes" and that was one of the main reasons for booking there. It was roped off and "closed" and not even cleaned. Also- the tub in our room was super slick. The buffet was just ok for $45 per person.

The property was absolutely beautiful.

The explanation of the pet policy was a little unclear at the beginning of our stay and upon checkout, we ended up with a bill that was higher than expected. Maybe some better clarification on the front end for guests with pets. Minor, very minor gripe.

barking dogs on either side of our balcony...the hotel should put all pet owners next to each other on parking lot side. Some dogs were left on balconys and in rooms evidently during the day.

The staff at the Westin were the absolute best! Always eager to help and went above and beyond what was asked! I can’t wait to go back! The food was excellent. We left a wedding reception to go back and eat the braised short ribs at the hotel! Delicious! Wonderful views of the ocean while in the room and while dining!

The breakfast was good! The room attendants were extremely friendly and helpful! Management, specifically Anna, Karen, Monae, and Carnell were very friendly, helpful, and professional! They were really great!!

Television program guide wasn’t the easiest to use; bathroom tissue holder was a little loose. However, overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay!

Wonderful location for walking and biking beachside. Sumptuous Easter Sunday Brunch with a plethora of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff with beautiful smiles! Numerous shops just outside the doorsteps is a definite perk.

So sorry, but couldn’t think of a single thing!

The property, common areas and rooms met all expectations. Everything was clean, décor was elegant with lots of areas to accommodate guests needs (business, quiet, bar, etc...).

Lack of late dinner/snack options after 8. Upon arrival there was nothing available in hotel - requiring a quick run to a nearby option. Only buffet in Reserve....dinner was excellent but would have liked option to order from menu.
