Great location, restaurant amazing

The rooms fees seem applied and refunded in excess and are extremely overcomplicated with the addition of the room credits, and as a result we have been unknowingly overcharged for parking that we didn’t book or use. We have contacted the hotel on several occasions now with no response and we are due a refund for the parking and related taxes

I liked the modern and functional decor of this Kimpton hotel. I also liked the restaurant as an option to schedule a business meeting where I was staying. Additionally, I enjoyed the private sitting areas to have private business meetings. Overall a good experience.

I accidentally left behind a nice shirt but the hotel said they did not find it, which I find absurd.

Breakfast was not included but we did have breakfast at hotel restaurant once. It was good. Liked that there was water dispensers in lobby area and refilled throughout the day. Really enjoyed the TV / game room area. Like that hotel is pet friendly (even though we didn’t bring our pets).

That the coffee was taken away to early. Maybe leave out till 11-12 pm.

The hotel is very comfortable, very nice view from the room, excellent parking! valet or self parking, ..very good garage, with easy direct access to the elevators, and direct to the apartment, very convenient! Very nice reception! .. Very good price specially for that location!

No functioning lamp close to bed, did not find any ceiling light in the bedroom. Bathtub may be very uncomfortable for some, would have preferred just shower. I dislike carpet. There's much traffic so noise will depend on the basis of the floor. However, this hotel is still a very good choice!

Property location.

I forgot my sport jacket in the closet. I followed their on-line process to claim, and they said it was never "found". Um....it was in the closet. If the hotel wants to steal it, just say so. However don't say it could not be found like it was a pair of glasses or an airpod. Horrible service.

Rooms were large, bed comfy, happy hour was a nice touch.

Rooms and bathrooms are dated. Shower desperately needs an overall. No international plug sockets in the room.

We picked it because it’s pet friendly and we needed to evacuate from the fires. The staff is so helpful and no request for help phased them.

Well it’s on the Wilshire corridor.

This place is always a win. It's great for relaxing and offers all the comforts.

The only issue is the noise from the highway, which could be reduced further.
