I liked the modern and functional decor of this Kimpton hotel. I also liked the restaurant as an option to schedule a business meeting where I was staying. Additionally, I enjoyed the private sitting areas to have private business meetings. Overall a good experience.

I accidentally left behind a nice shirt but the hotel said they did not find it, which I find absurd.

The hotel is very comfortable, very nice view from the room, excellent parking! valet or self parking, ..very good garage, with easy direct access to the elevators, and direct to the apartment, very convenient! Very nice reception! .. Very good price specially for that location!

The property is in very good condition, very clean and comfortable! I like every thing! Congratulations to the administration!

Breakfast was not included but we did have breakfast at hotel restaurant once. It was good. Liked that there was water dispensers in lobby area and refilled throughout the day. Really enjoyed the TV / game room area. Like that hotel is pet friendly (even though we didn’t bring our pets).

That the coffee was taken away to early. Maybe leave out till 11-12 pm.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Bed is very comfy! Recommended!

No functioning lamp close to bed, did not find any ceiling light in the bedroom. Bathtub may be very uncomfortable for some, would have preferred just shower. I dislike carpet. There's much traffic so noise will depend on the basis of the floor. However, this hotel is still a very good choice!

Property location.

I forgot my sport jacket in the closet. I followed their on-line process to claim, and they said it was never "found". Um....it was in the closet. If the hotel wants to steal it, just say so. However don't say it could not be found like it was a pair of glasses or an airpod. Horrible service.

Rooms were large, bed comfy, happy hour was a nice touch.

Rooms and bathrooms are dated. Shower desperately needs an overall. No international plug sockets in the room.

We picked it because it’s pet friendly and we needed to evacuate from the fires. The staff is so helpful and no request for help phased them.

Well it’s on the Wilshire corridor.

Location was great - avoided the traffic and congestion of downtown LA. Construction in the area was manageable. We did the self parking and it was easy to get in and out of. Access to the parking garage was great, without having to trek through the lobby, allowing for less "congestion" in the middle of a pandemic. The double-bed room was a good size for two people.

The refrigerator cooled very slowly, so it took overnight for our drinks to get cold. The shower head didn't change water pressure.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice decor in lobby.

Room is ageing a bit (bathroom frame around mirror is in need of replacement).
