Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The AC and microwave worked fine. The bed was very comfortable but i cant say much for the sofa bed because we didnt try it out. The breakfast was ok, I didn't really like the biscuits and gravy they served but everything else was fine. Their gym was kept in great shape, nothing was broken and there's a water dispenser inside so you don't have to worry about bringing a water bottle but do bring a towel if you sweat a lot because there's none inside when we went.

The only reason why I didn't give it a full 10 stars is because the shower wouldn't drain properly. Even if we took a short shower the next person had to wait a while because the water was taking forever to go down.

The room was beautiful and clean.

I chose this hotel specifically because the website advertised airport shuttles but when I called I was told this was not the case. I got to my room and the laminated guest services page stated the pool was open until 10 but when our key didn’t work we were told it’s actually 9 but there was people in the pool well past 9. The shuttle left us on the second day because we “no showed” but we were waiting in the same spot as the first day. The shuttle system is too complicated for tourist who don’t frequent this type of travel.

Location was great. It was very comfortable. Lots of room in our room. Staff phenomenal!!

The room could have been a bit cleaner. It had a bad smell. The garbages would over flow and stink. It was hard to sit out side in the out door area at time to eat breakfast because of the smell.

It should be better and need more variety

There was a pair of kids shorts in the closet which shows that the housekeepers didn't do a complete job.

The location was perfect, the staff was great and friendly acting.

Where it was situated. Clean and had all ammenities.

I was in Room 129, there was noise from the ice machine constantly, also noise related to taps from upstairs.

Stuff is absolutely respect privacy and make you feel at home more than hotel. Breakfast is simple but always good and fresh day. Beds are comfortable, but I would maybe like different pillow.

Unless you ask, no cleaning is done in the room. Water pressure can be a little better in the shower.
