The staff was veery nice and friendly. The location was great with a few eating places near the hotel in walking distance and a gas station. Everything in the room accommodated all my needs. I loved the great size mini refrigerator, build in desk. The LG tv's and couch was awesome. The bed was super comfy... best part. Two Vending machine was just down the hall of snack and beverages.

I was on the 3rd floor and every time I enter the hall it was very warm/hot and I couldn't wait to go to my hotel room to turn on the AC.

The staff is absolutely amazing! The front host ( Chanda?) greeted us with kindness and enthusiasm later in the evening. She went out of her way to help us park a giant truck and trailer. Breakfast was delicious and also met with familiar smiles! This spot is amazing for hospitality but a little noisy .. of corse- it’s the CA I- 5!!

When checking in the front desk staff was excellent. She noticed I had a hard time walking, and suggested a room closer to the elevator. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and I had a great nights sleep.

The breakfast options in the morning wasn’t up to the standard I am use to staying at Best Westerns. The ham ,and gravy had dried out, and there was only hard boiled option for eggs. They only had pub style tables for seating which due to my mobility made it difficult to sit at.

The property was very clean! They put a clean strip over the toilet to let you know it had been sanitized and when I walked through the lobby the floor was being mopped and common areas cleaned.

no ground floor rooms. had to use an elevator and the garage elevator was only for exit. not advertised they had pool and spa. would have been good to know.

Front Office staff is professional, courteous, knowledgable and welcoming. I believe I worked mostly with the young lady with long black hair (perhaps management staff?) She was Fantastic! Will absolutely stay again when I'm in town. Cleaning, security, and maintenance staff all very pleasant. Well Done! Thank you. Also, loved the hard copy under my door in the am. Makes fixing any issues better for me, if I wish to extend, or have questions. Gives the staff at front desk more time to make adjustments if needed before the "check-out" time rush up front of house.

The pool to be open earlier, say 6am or 7am as I love to start my day with laps before heading out to my day. The pool being open till 11pm. Same reason. Nice hot tub at end of long day is so nice. Direction cards for casting to TV with say Netflix, YouTube, etc in room by TV would be great! Options for breakfast "grab n' go" bag delivery to room order cards in room for guests to drop off at front desk before bed would be great. That way guest can have quick bite before leaving the room.
