The house has a huge kitchen that would have made it possible to make food for some of our meals. Of course, there are lot of good restaurants around. And it is VERY walkable to downtown, which was nice for both a dinner and a breakfast. The backyard also had a lot of features (grill, fire pit) that we would have loved to take advantage of if we had stayed longer. Next time, we will have to!

It's an old house, so you will definitely hear the other guests if they are loud. And I don't think there is A/C. We kept the windows opened and heard some trains for sure. But these are minor issues compared to the location and niceness of the place!

I want this house - It is in such a cute neighborhood, close to everything, has great space both indoors and out! If i could take this home with me, I would in a heartbeat! The space we rented was clean and comfortable, parking was easy on the street, the home was stocked with just about everything we needed for our overnight stay.

The fan made an annoying noise - needs to be balanced or something. The tick tick tick all night was a little annoying. The hot tea bag selection left something to be desired, but wasn't a deal breaker.

Great Inn - exceeded my expectations compared to similar properties in the area. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom (we rented the Merlot Suite) and kitchen. Nice open backyard to gather/barbeque. Nice front porch to relax in the established older neighborhood. House is not staffed - self entry and exit but they are readily available to answer any questions.

Maybe have some breakfast pastries available since you have coffee or perhaps light snacks for purchase that could be locked in your room upon arrival.

This is a beautiful, spacious property. The location cannot be beat. We stayed for 4 nights and brought groceries to make breakfast. The entire house is open to guests and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. It has a beautiful back yard with very nice furnishings. This would be ideal for a group or family reunion. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job.

We would have appreciated a grab bar or no skid mat in the tub. Other than this, everything was as good as it gets.

We did not notice if there was breakfast provided, but no one seemed to be cooking any. The kitchen was huge and would have been great for making your own. The house was gorgeous and very large with plenty of lounge spaces and the hosts were very responsive and sweet. Street noise was pretty minimal other than when the garbage truck came to pick up (Friday). Things were nice and clean and THEY USE FREE AND CLEAR LAUNDRY SOAP. If you have allergies like I do, you might actually sleep for once. Lol. Beds are also very comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very happy overall.

Floor was pretty creaky, so I was always worried about waking others up.

We loved our stay in the 2 bedroom cabernet suite. The bedrooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. The common area facilities were beautiful with a spotless, well-equipped kitchen that was available for food prep (though we didn't really use it for our single night stay) and the beautiful backyard with its many sitting areas and large trees.

Though overall we loved the stay and would definitely consider returning, one of the other guests tried to get in our room (mistakenly thinking it was theirs) and scared our 11 year old son who we left upstairs to take a nap. Not the fault of the property owner/manager but consider that you will be in close quarters with other guests.

The place exceeded our expectation. We came here for youth golf tournament, and booked an two-bedroom suite, one for ourself and the other for our son. The room are very cozy and clean. The downstair living-room and kitchen are so nice and well equipped, we had the urge to get grocery and make dinner there. The host are very responsive, and our check-in was done smoothly. Will definitely come back next time going to Lodi.

Beautiful house in an equally beautiful neighborhood. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If we lived in California I’d be planning an event in Lodi just to stay there with family.

Beautiful, clean, safe, wonderful amenities and a great location. We were visiting in Stockton and it was well worth the drive for us as I found nothing that compares. I was a bit skeptical that it could be as nice as it was described - but it exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful inside and out. Great location to downtown Lodi. (It’s a couple blocks and so within walking distance) Has a full kitchen and other communal areas. I saved money by bringing my own breakfast (yogurt/berries/granola) and enjoyed it outside on nice outdoor couch in back yard. You are given codes to front door and to your room so you self check in. There are at least 6 other suites for other people to stay there too.

The house was in a nice neighborhood and very clean and quiet. We were the only guests for the one night which made it nicer. Air conditioner was great. Room was not large but that was exptected. The bed was comfortable and the location was safe. The price was right!

Furniture in the backyard was all covered so it was not that inviting. But we pulled the covers off and dusted off some spider webs.
